Hope you doing good, I would like to file a complaint on bus 957 which is Umlazi 2 from Umhlanga rocks.we don't know if the bus does exist or not, sometimes it does come but most of the time it always late, sometimes it doesn't pitch at all in a week we only get to find the bus once or twice and I was phoning the depot earlier no one picked up the phone guys what you are doing to us is really unfair not like we are not paying for the service we do you on the other hand you don't deliver the services to us with all that being said please let us know if we do have a bus (957) OR Not. I will not give you any star yet till all our demands are met.

Horrific Experience
I am an Indian lady of 49 years old.let us begin there. Today the police went to arrest the owner Ken of this place for assault and damage to my property as well as theft of my Iphone, Bank cards, Cash and ID.
I found this place a couple months ago whilst shopping. Its probably my 5th time on Saturday. I don't live very far away. And I would go after shopping to eat lunch and drinks or dinner. This saturday I went there again after shopping for some dinner and drinks. I met a friend another lady same age as me.we stayed till late about 9pm as they had karaoke.and I do love karaoke. Everything was fine until I went to the ladies toilet. I was attacked by the owner in the Ladies toilet while waiting my turn as the were other ladies in the toilet too. I actually never met him before. He accused me of causing problems with someone and I know I did not cause problems with anyone. He attacked me by throttling my neck and pushing me out the bar. He shoved throttled and pushed me out to the parking area where I tripped on the tar. He then kicked me, dragged me further to my car. Someone brought my bag to him that contained all my belongings and car keys. I don't know who as he was still assaulting me. He opened my car shoved me inside and proceeded to violently squeeze my neck till I felt I was going to black out. I was placed down with the back of my head by the accelerator half my body on the seat and he had his knee in my tummy. That is when I started fighting for my life. He only stopped after I was kicking him off me. He broke the gears in my car. He broke the Steering wheel as well. I just do not know how I ever thought this was a safe place to go too being so close to my home. I have injuries on me that I have never experienced before in my life. Nobody really helped until they saw that I was fighting him off me from inside my car. I heard someone tell him to leave me alone and let me go. I went straight to police. And I will not let him get away with this as no female is safe if he gets away with this. And no I vehemently do not recommend this place. This place will be in my nightmares forever.
As a shopper to have to try and shop around people who r standing in the q in the aisle it is very frustrating. They started that with covid, but covid is done and dusted. And the trolleys. OMG, they are disgustingly filthy and half are broken. My groceries fell out at the back of the trolley a while back. And their prices have increased significantly
Stay Far Away
I had an extremely disappointing experience with East Coast Auto. I purchased parts and paid from them, but never received them. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner Marlan, I received no response or resolution. What do you gain by robbing people of their hard earned money.
I have been a vehicle dealer for 20 years and have done business with may parts shops in KZN. This is the first time I have experienced this.

I ordered a door and window with measurements. Today I have a window that is 300mm bigger and a door with mirrors in stead of frosted glass.
I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. JUST GO TO CHAMBERLAINS OR BUILDERS WAREHOUSE. It might be a bit more but It is worth it! Charging 2x for delivery is also uneacceptable for a mistake made by Ali and not myself.
