Really was not happy with the service from here. I had such high hopes after reading previous reviews.
I would really recommend that Bergens confirms any phone calls with customers via written form of email before going ahead with whatever it is that is required.
Our damage report took a week to do after constant reminders and then we were given excuses. I have all my messages backed up as proof of why I will never go back to them for help again. And I'm sure they won't help me either, considering that no messages have been answered since. One tick club.
