I was forced to send my food back yester day after talking to Lorrain at 19: 02 and she told me the order was out, order that was at 18: 01 yet Sipho deliverd at 20: 04. You make such nice food all of you from fish aways debonairs nad steers but delivery.aai
You tend to wait a bit and their chips are not always well done but grats to the burgers because they gooood!
You're normal Steers franchise. Nothing special. Orders take way longer than at previous Steers visited. Quite busy so will not recommend for persons driving thru town wanting a quick bite.
Overall a bit disappointing. Would rather look for a take away in a nearby town if you are just passing thru
The cashier did assist to choose meals from the menu and we enjoyed but did not ask if its a seat down or take away then we sit and eat with take away
Food was cold! Lots of flies! Customers, 4 of them were allowed to bring in a white bread and a Coke, ordered a bowl of chicken and 4 glasses, ate there with their hands! Sure the own food is not allowed?
Expensive but worth it. Needs to add more fries to thier specials and menu. Takes long to make food a bit of a long wait. Needs more seating for waiting customers
Placed and paid for an order in store. Was told they were very busy and the order would take an hour to prep. (fast food?) We then opted to have the food delivered to our home at an extra surcharge.
We phoned an hour later and was told the order is out on delivery.
40 minutes later we phoned again and was told the same story. Only when i spoke to a manager I realised nobody knew what was going on.
Order placed at 19h30.
Followed up at 20h30, and again at 21h10. I then told them not to bother as my kids already went to bed. So we then drove to Steers just to find the delivery guy running out the front door with our order?
Wish you guys had some proper competition in town.
