Vida e Caffe

The staff were not the friendliest, the lady who served us didn't really appreciate us asking questions.

Long queue, waited a while for very expensive coffee. The coffee at Steers also good at a more reasonable price

Stopped twice, once for breakfast. Queues were quite long, the staff is ignorant of the situation. Mochachos did not have much available. Out of stock. Bathrooms are smelly and not clean. On the return trip no coffee or tea was available. The machine was out of order. Service at both Steers and Mochachos slow. Not many customers. Bathrooms once again not desirable.

The problem with Vida e Caffe is that when it was introduced, this was excellent coffee. Subsequently, they have not been consistent with their quality. We have experienced the good, bad and ugly.

My order of a hot chocolate and a chai latte was divine. The assistant was efficient and very friendly. Will definitely support them again.

Very friendly folks from the inside to the outside. Kudos to abuthi Kagisho. An exceptional human being who made sure everything was by the book when it comes to tire pressures. Not sure if the business is run as one but also the old lady at Steers is but a blessing to this oasis. Getting help when needed and the joy of being served is visible on her face always. I can but imagine being served whole hearted by a humble human being.

The place might need a bit of Renovations esp that we are out of the Covid-19 Era. The aesthetics outside also helps hey.

They were pathetic. Flies - living and dead ones - in display fridge. Totally unacceptable! Disgusting

What a terrible experience. Only us in the shop, but have to wait forever for our coffee. The chicken mayo toastie looked like something that was hit by a truck. The service was very poor. Will rather give this shop a pass in the future.

In my view the most professional coffee franchise in South Africa serving excellent coffees and more.
