Dr Walter Ward is the most talented, understanding and caring doctor I have ever had and I'm 82 yrs of age. He is NOT a clock watcher like most others so, should he run late, there is always a valid reason - he listens and is so knowledgeable

Horror experience
Booked appointment, was confirmed and got there and he’s not there. 2 hours later and he’s not there. I ask for a reschedule cause i gotta go back to work. Rescheduled appointment, he lost my file and he’s using a piece of paper to take my health concerns…. Then he gives me medication to take for 6 months but it expires in 1 month looking at the box expiry date horrible DOCTOR. HE MUST RETIRE

Amazing doctor who genuinely cares for his patients, he goes above and beyond to ensure that you are getting the medical attention that you need. You may need to be patient in his waiting rooms (like everywhere else) but it’s more than worth it

The doctor who attended to me was fantastic. For the first time in my life I felt heard by a doctor. Amazing! And she was so empathetic - 10/10 would recommend. Staff are also really friendly and helpful.
HOWEVER, I arrived for a 9am appointment, only saw the doc at 12, was put on a drip for an hour, only left at 2.30pm. I was weak, exhausted, dehydrated and shivering from a fever - then having to wait forever in the cold with the aircon. Even after seeing the doc, I had to wait to pay. The receptionist is really sweet and warm, also empathetic and she did her best by apologizing for delays. There must be a more efficient system for appointment management and payments. Current system is time-consuming and I could see the receptionist was equally frustrated, but remained cheerful. It's a good doctors rooms - it's just the endless waiting that I didn't like. Go with an open mind and something to do/read lol.

I went to the medical center when I was feeling unwell, the service was very good Doctor Ward provided excellent service and all the staff were all professional and friendly.

By far the most pasionate doctor and team i have ever met. I dont care if i have to sit and wait for a full day, i refuse to go to someone else. Dok keep up your passion and good work. You treated me when i had covid and made regular calls to find out how i am.

We are having a very bad expierece with advance medical for the last 2 weeks, dr Ward and Daniel is selling nitrle gloves that they cannot deliver.we paid a deposit on 2500 boxes that they could not deliver they made promises on 4 occasions afterwards that they sit with millions of stock.this has not been proven true yet.they are sitting with a R150000 of my money that they promised to refund since Friday last week and still it has not happened

Our sister company placed an order with advance medical for nitrle gloves. They cannot deliver the stock after numerous promises. They are also refusing to pay back the money that was paid to them

Dr ward is one of a kind. Passionate and always ready to explore the unknown. Excellent Dr and love his patients so we love him.

Dr Ward is one of the best Doctors I have ever been treated by, he is wonderful with my kids as well, and my youngest is very particular with who he allows close to him-never having an problem with allowing Dr Ward to examine him. Dr Ward has always assisted my family with professionalism and kindness, and has even assisted us after hours and on weekends when we needed help.

I recently visited the advanced medical centre, and all i can say is DR Ward and their team are simply amazing. I can not thank Dr Ward enough for his kindness and assistance during my time of need. I highly recommend this centre to anyone and especially Dr ward.

Dr Ward is the best Doctor our family has ever been to. He always makes time to see us and his consultations are never the 15 min in and out. Medical doctors from all practices can learn from Dr Ward and should be consulting as long as it takes to diagnose and treat.
