TOOK THE PRACTICE OVER 90 DAYS TO TELL THE PATIENT THERE IS A PROBLEM AS THE INVOICE WAS NOT PAID DUE TO INCORRECT CODES USED BY THE PACTICE AND DISCREPANCIES AFTER THAT. NO COMMUNICATION OR INVOICE RECIEVED FOR THE PERIOD ON AFTER 90 DAYS

Elixir Live is not a good system at all. Clearly designed without consulting with the actual front-end users. Multiple improvements/necessary features suggested over the course of 7 years. None have ever been applied. I've eventually given up. User support: long telephone waiting times and often the people answering aren't trained well enough to assist.
Steer clear of Elixir if you want a good practice management system.
(unfortunately I'm 'locked-in' to using their system now).
