I had the pleasure of having Carrington to sort out both my machines at my home and I must say he is really dedicated in pleasing a customer. He is one in a million that really took his time to help wherever it was needed and even went the extra mile to sort out my cutter as well. He is a major asset to the company that makes it a pleasure to even call support knowing he is one of them that is always eager to assist at all times. This is the first time I have received an order that surpasses my expectations. All the online orders that I have placed with Advanced Machinery have been very smooth and hassle-free. They are quick to respond to inquiries and fulfill orders quick too.

I spoke to a technician named Lincoln, he quickly assisted me remotely, installed my required drivers and showed me the basics of cutting. All in below 10 minutes. Great after sales service. Thumbs up from me!

Ek het uitstekende diens ontvang. Ek het my snyer tweedehands gekoop en het nie geweet waar om te begin nie. Met teamviewer was my masjien opgestel in minute en kan die creatiwiteit begin! Baie dankie Walter Sethauyane vir jou puik diens!

WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER! WORST TURNAROUND ON TECHNICAL SUPPORT! GREAT MACHINE, SERVICE HORRIFYING!

Absolutely terrible after sales service. So much lies at the sales desk it isn't funny. A brand new 10k machine isn't working from 22nd Dec.
I'm told to to for training it isn't my first machine from this company. There is literally no service once they have your money.

Don't ever support them

AVOID THIS COMPANY. The quality of the product is inferior and the service is shocking! We have had a UV printer for over a year now and have had a technician out 6 times to address breakdowns.well that's when you are able to book a technician due to their unreliability, poor work ethics and communication.

5 Star. I was helped in every steps after installing a new software to my main pc and the service was very quickly.now I can serve me customer in smile. Thanks to Mecias.
