Delightful & convenient.
We visited the Andiccio24 restaurant during the Covid Lockdown level 2. We were absolutely astonished at the level of protocols that we're taken & absolutely appreciated it.
We arrived at the restaurant at around 20: 00pm due to load shedding & the luxury of watching a football match. We had placed orders & watched football while we waited. The food surprisingly came to us rather quickly & the drinks followed. We weren't rushed out the restaurant and were treated amazingly by the staff.
However, the food was a little bland but nothing you couldn't fix with a quick shake of salt & pepper.
I would definitely recommend this Andiccio & would rate it a 6/10 for food & a 10/10 for service.
Gr8 Pizza, great staff and very open and relaxing outdoor patio covered, to ejoy an outing any day of the week with friends, family or colleagues.

Excellent food and staff attitude, simply a breath of fresh air during our new times of living.
Perfect place to Sober up after a hectic night. Closes at 11pm now in curfew. The creamy mushroom penne pasta is AMAZING!
Order was for R116 but the guy that delivered put in R166 even after telling me it was R116, this is not the right way to take a tip! Also the pizza is destroyed!
Very disappointing I ordered a ciabiatta with prawns I got shrimps which was extremely salty. Was definitely not worth 104 rand

While I've never had a problem with the food there but the customer service is the worst. I called trying to order a pizza for pickup and they kept hanging up. The first lady that answered kept talking to another person and hung up before I could place an order then the other individual answered then hang up when as I was placing my order. Even when we go to order physically at the establishment the attitude of the staff is not friendly or welcoming.
As I stated before I have no problem with the food but the people/staff.
Best Pizza and quick to make. Friendly staff, very happy and full of life I must say. Clean and easy to reach. Love it
The owner is a ******. The staff is always underpaid & there is always deductions from salaries. Heartless & greedy owner
Despite the price, Andiccio's makes very ice pizza's, and the Malibongwe branch has such friendly and helpful people behind the counter. During Covid they have all the necessary things in place, including, the often missed, pens.
They are over priced and the mince was so salty on my piece I could hardly eat it. The manager was informed and they just said they would contact head office which didn't help me and my exspensive inedible pizza.

The staff at Andiccio’s were great and so friendly to when we stopped there late on a Sunday night.
They were very efficient and one of the gentlemen gave me my colddrink and I declined the glass to pour it in, he proceeded to clean the drinking area of the can with the steam from the coffee machine and gave it to me.
Now that is going above and beyond. Took a free magnet and menu as I will definetly be ordering again.
Service is average, pizza too compared to what you pay for it. They really need to drop prices or add more ingredients.
If anything it's not a bad place for a quick bite and drink.

Placed an order online. No update, SMS confirmation, nada.
Had to call after 30 minutes (check if my order had been received and was being attended to, I expected delivery according to the websites estimate of 30 min) and was asked to be patient as they only have one delivery guy, the person on the phone said 15-20 minutes. I think they forgot my order?
1 hour later, (1h30m in total), my pizza arrived, cold.
The card machine didn't work. I had to stand outside while the driver fiddled with the cardmachine for 10 minutes.
The delivery guy was very apologetic - he seemed so stressed by the working conditions he was being placed under.
