Parking is a bit dingy, especially at night during loadshedding hours as you can't really keep your eye on your prized possession without you walking back and forth to what seems like alley.

What a terrible drop in service.
It was my first time ordering off the app, you cannot track your order, my order was set to be delivered at 19h10.
At 19h20 I called to follow up and they told me that it would be another 15 to 20 min. By 19h50 I called to ask if I should just collect my pizzas and they suggested that I do. When I got there, they had a huge pile of pizzas and ours were mixed up in that. I would have appreciated a call to collect my pizza before it got cold. It was not as delicious as it should have been, we put it in the oven before we could eat it.
I remember how amazing this shop was when it opened and now not even an apology for the inconvenience.
Very disappointing indeed.

I ordered Mexicana pizza on bolt food at Andiccio24 norwood and just seconds after I order I followed up with a phone call and an instruction not to add chillies qnd salt in my pizza because the last pizza was very horrible had lots of chillies and lots of salt, The restaurant Manager is very rude and aggressive over the phone to take my instruction, he told me don't call us call bolt but does not offer us an option to write our instructions, the manager's accent sound Nigerian or Congolese he is very bad for customer service.

Ordered takeout and food was good but delivery took 95 mins from Norwood to Waverley, which is less than 4km

Ordered online and waited for over an hour and a half to no avail. Eventually after a few calls I was told that the order was not in the system and they would need to redo it. Needless to say I was not going to wait again as they corrected their mistake.

Do not ever use their app to order - no internal controls to track the orders. Rather use other delivery services to get the order - even though it would come at a higher cost

After eating pizza from here for the first time yesterday 3/1/2022.i can safely say, I will never eat pizza elsewhere again. Love it

Andiccios is the king of 'you get what you want' and that's no different here. Ample parking, good service from the staff and fast preparation of your favourite pizza

Pizzas always arrive cold, they have only 2 drivers.

This happened twice in a row.won't order from them again.

A great example of a restaurant that treats there clients more like family. My wife Candice Royce just won this for been a loyal customer thank you on her behalf as I know she will forget to thank you when she comes home)

They a bit pricey, but, with the massive selection of toppings and healthy base options, its worth it

Very nice pizza. Justice who was helping us was extremely nice. Area is amazing I swear I thought I was in cape town. Would recommend. And I'm definitely coming back n trying the pasta. Also my daughter loved playing with the pizza toy.

My favorite Andiccios! I think I order from here AT LEAST once a week. They always follow instructions and delivery is always nice and quick. Thanks guys! So delicious!

Had their pumpkin based pizza with toppings of my choice. It was outstanding and delicious. Highly recommend.

Very nice we enjoyed it was my daughter's birthday, we went there to have lunch, we enjoyed it, thank you again.

Very bad service. I asked dinner by 11, waited until 1: 00 am and nothing. Contacted them twice without answer. Didn't receive dinner or a refund. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Hope I can get a refund.

The best thing about this place is the fact that it is open all the time. It is a bit pricy.
The pizzas are worth the cost.
