I have had an extremely bad experience with this business.
I ordered a blank self defense pistol a few weeks ago, the estimated delivery time initially set by the company wasn't met so I requested a refund because I was looking to receive the item within a time frame, my emails were not responded to at all, and my emails were ignored, so I left it and awaited my package.
After alot of calling and back and forth my parcel was finally delivered to my home a week ago while I was away on holiday. I returned home today to find the package still sealed and waiting for me, then to my dismay I open it and it's not what I ordered and paid for and I didn't receive over R700 worth of extra blanks and pepper rounds in the package which I also ordered and paid for.
The customer service has been really bad.
A representative has emailed me now this afternoon after I posted a review on Hello Peter, so finally now actual service.
I hope they get my money refunded as was stated in their response.
I will update this review as soon I have had this issue resolved.
The first image I am attaching is what I orders and received and invoice for and the second is what I received as it was when I opened the case I received, with now extra cartridges In The package, everything was loos and disorganized.
Clearly this is not what I orders or received.
This is not taking pride in your business or the service you are rendering, this is unacceptable.
