The atmosphere is lovely and a
beautiful place for kids to play and be free, however the food is not worth the price and not tasty at all. They didn't have certain ingredients for dishes/drinks. Our waiter Erwin was really helpful and rendered a good service but the overall management is poor. The food was really disappointing!

For the first time in many years of visiting Bambanani we had an awful experience with the food.
We ordered the wraps which was poorly made. My wife ordered her favourite butternut salad, unfortunately it only had butter lettuce and usually would have had some variety and rocket.
The best part was the magic show which we all enjoyed very much, the kids shows and events are worth it.

Please get the food back to the quality we know and love from Bambanani.

We went there on the 22nd of OCTOBER and they treated us so good but we were never told that we are not allowed to cut our cake and we were charged R150. To my knowledge they should have told us when we brought the cake that they will charge us r150.it seemed as a daylight robbery to us.

Bambanani is probably one of the only places in Johannesburg where you can take your young children to play and eat at the same time. If there are other locations, it's not at this sort of scale.

Go to fun place for kiddos! Grown-ups get to have their little fun too with a glass or two of wine.

Best place to bring your children to play and eat. There are supervised play areas and activities to work up an appetite and to burn calories. They have weekly activities just for children. Last week was Halloween dress up and there was also a kids disco. Check the website for updates.

Food was just awful, none of us of a party of 4 adults enjoyed our overpriced meals, kids pizzas were ok, and after tipping both the child minders and the waiter we were still forced to pay a further 10% tip, goodness knows who's pocketing the money if there is no record of it anywhere.

Nice playground for the kids. The playground is in good condition. Also have paid activities like sand art. Friendly staff with good service. Friendly child minders that entertain the kids and make sure the kids are safe. Food is nice, but pricey.

One of the best set up play areas I've been to with my pre schooler. Lots of activities and my son enjoyed some sand painting. The outside sitting area is conveniently overlooking the play area. If you prefer to stay indoors, there's a lego /reading room thats secluded. Staff extremely friendly and we enjoyed the food. Thanks to out waiter, Donald!

Some of the equipment needs to be repaired as they are a bit worn but other than that a nice place for kids

Great birthday party for Jahzera aka "Prawns! " I came all the way from for her 6th birthday

I went to Bambanani on Sunday the 1st Aug 2021 with my husband and daughter. Everything that we wanted to order was out of stock from Meat to Pizza (they had no cheese) to the cocktails. They had NO meat at all, the excuse was that they had just opened that week from Lockdown. I then decided to have pasta and my partner had "Morrocan Lamb with rice" which is stew but in a starter serving size. The wait for service is bizzare. My daughter had fun because she was in the play area

The service was excellent. The play area and restrooms are child-friendly. They really take good care of the children. And the control at the gate to see if the parents go with their children is very nice. Especially if you are afraid to take your child out. You can relax because they nake sure that it is safe.

Terrible service from the waitor, he was slow and unfriendly.
Everything is overpriced.
But we were expecting that based on previous reviews.

Such an incredibly well-equipped and spacious play area for the kids with supervision too! The food was even more enjoyable knowing the little ones were so well looked after.

Unlike our previous visits this time was horrendous. I would suggest that one does not go to the venue on special occasions

Nice vibe for families but wasn't impressed by the pizza ordered it twice. Too thin and a bit bland. The kids like it there though.
