I do not understand as you are in a store! Slow, bad service.

Over sweet milkshake. The wrap was terrible.
Please train your staff and maybe invest more time in your restaurant.

Live the atmosphere, a lot of different hot drinks to choose from. Friendly staff and a very active manager.

Bean Tree never disappoints especially when it comes to their breakfasts! Value for money for sure… this was the mozzarella melt breakfast and it was deLISHous. Portion was big so as a woman I struggled to finish it The kitchen is always so quick, never wait more than 15mins for my order. I love Reason (Manager), he is always so friendly and hospitable. The waitresses are always on the ball, can’t get better or friendlier service elsewhere. I really can’t praise this place enough

Phoned to find out what time the restaurant closes was told at 5 when we arrived at 4 we were told they close at 5 and we cam not order food

Highly overpriced for the small portions and the food really isn’t that great. Also ordered a smoothie, not sure if it wasn’t mixed properly or if the ingredients weren’t compatible with each other but it kept separating at the bottom. Definitely not ordering from them again (two thumbs down).

Come here often. The staff, service, food and prices are amazing and always consistent. If you’re looking for value for money, this is a gem.

Worst place ever. Will never in my life ever, ever again go close to those thieves, the manager is the biggest liar I have had the displeasure of meetinh. I will make sure that everyone I know NEVER go there.

Coffee is great, food is good. It's at the entrance of Spar and on the corner, a lot of foot traffic.

Friendly service from the staff, delicious food and relaxing atmosphere (lovely instrumentals in the background). The mangager is hands-on and always care for each customer. The food gets prepared quickly and is presented nicely. I will definitely come back to eat here again!

I've been here a few times now, the coffee is always really nice as is the food. I've recommended this place to a few people now.

The food is delicious!
It is a small Cafe with tables both inside and outside.
There are tables with pluhs so that if you want you can pop in for a coffee and work/study while you drink.

The service was great. But it is absolutely absurd what they charge for the sub par food you get.

The R15 cappuccino special is amazing and the service is always phenomenal. We also love love the sandwiches and fries. We’ve had amazing waiters like Loveness andddd I can’t remember the other ladies’ names right now. Will update when I do

Coffee cold, no gluten free bread, asked for 2 eggs and only got 1, avo "off" and chips full of brown marks.

Usually the food is good, today's spaghetti bolegnaise was the worst I ever tasted, rubbish @ 110 a plate. Not recommended rather eat something else

The service is so bad!

I ordered a salad they couldn't even get the order right.

Send it back, when the correct order came it was almost a R100 for a salad and it has 4 pieces of chicken and mostly lettuce I had one bite couldn't eat it! I make a better salad I paid the amount but did not finish my food.

I would never come to this place again!

Wow, I was served by a trainee and what a pleasant chapthe Dagwood I ate was out of this world and real value for money, and the cupachino was so awesome I had to have another one this was an pleasant experience and I would gladly come back again

Our waiter got the order completely wrong and dissapeared with about 5 other staff into the kitchen for long periods of time to a point where we just settled our bill with a different waiter.

The food is always top notch, my concern is the Covid protocols. Firstly I had to ask for my table to be cleaned, secondly and even more concerning is the kitchen staff not wearing mask whilst preparing food (glass window in the door). This needs to be addressed asap!
