Bez Valley Clinic reviews
7Terrible service, one time a nurse told me to dress my baby outside. Today we were left in a rain with babies in a queue outside the gate. Sad they don’t care about babies. Horrible service
The past 2 weeks I have been trying to get jeppe clinic to help me with my reveral letter to joburg Gen due to me having epilepsy. They have refused me on 2 occasions. Last week and today again. I got sick of them and then went to bezvally and they were more than willing to help me very friendly staff and the nurse that assisted me was absolutely amazing I would recommend bezvally to anyone woman going through a pregnancy. Thanks guys really appreciate what you have done for me today
Zero recommended. You can stand for like an hour or hours without the queue moving while being burnt by the sun all you can hear it’s the chats from inside. The mothers are standing outside with their small babies for hours sometimes they can even chase them and tell them to come the following day … the following day same story. The needs of the community are being compromised for the nice chats the nurses are having.
If you are in need of medical attention don't go there, those people don't wanna be bothered they want to sit in groups n enjoy good chat n sun.
Today I was at the clinic, arrived 8: 30- 9: 00am
there was a long queue for mothers and babies for their baby's vaccines. When it's our turn outside around 12: 00, the manager tells everyone they closing the clinic and there's a stuff member tested positive for COVID-19. We should come back tomorrow, with no guarantees if it will be ready tomorrow.
Yet they still continue to service other people inside the clinic.
Personally the clinic always have excuses at Best Valley clinic. My son is due for his six months vaccine but he is already turning 8 months in 8 days.
Nothing makes sense in that clinic.
No consideration for people waiting outside rainy or sunny, for more than 3-4 hours or even longer.
I had seen bad services but this clinic goes to the top of it. A very terrible terrible service, the nurses need to understand that the people come before their job, the only reason they are at the clinic is to serve the community. A very rude personality, a very disturbing place to be at.
