Not worth it, using low grade products. Beef roast was dry. Place was over crowded. Had to stand in long queue and food wasn't replaced timeously. Leaving you with the scraps to eat. WILL NOR RECOMMEND TO EAT AT THIS PLACE

Came in hungry and left super full: the food is great from starters, to main course to dessert. The wide range of option makes you salivate. I really enjoyed the meat.

I had to call more than 20 times for the call to be answered on a Friday. The service is so bad that I called for the whole week without answered, by the time it was answered I was told it was full booked, then I booked on line for another date, but to my surprise it says venue is at Krugersdorp silver star at 15: 00 instead of gold reef city.then I had to call for another week just to ask for clarity still no answered, your telephone service is so bad it's like u don't take us seriously. Something need to be done about this poor service

I took my family there and they were very happy, our waiter Jabulani was laughing at my dad boring jokes and Sis Mercy made sure that we are happy as she was going around the table asking the people if they are still okay and are they enjoying their food, the cashier at the door Tebogo she was awesome too

The food is so good from the appetizers to desserts. We received really good services from the waitress and waiters are always all smiles with best atmosphere. Loved the table arrangement outside

Bad experience ever
On the 3rd of Feb I went to Billy g with my family to celebrate my moms birthday, mind u I always take my mom every year. On that day I was at work and I made all bookings I spoke to some lady and confirmed the time and number of people coming, later that day when we got to Billy g the lady at the receptionist asked for my name I told her n she said the is no booking on my name I then told her I called she said the is nothing she can do as the was no booking I asked for the manager she then went to call her when she came she only spoke to some ladies that where behind me when I asked the receptionist about the manager she said she won't be able to talk to me because she's on lunch I then started complaining n told the lady that I want to manager now. We where only assisted after an hour which is unfair. However the manager was able to assist us n she claimed that nobody called her for any customer. I doubt I will ever go the

Food was delicious, my my my dessert thee best. The place is beautiful. Service from the entrance excellent not not about the waiter or waitress

I went at Billy G yesterday and man we were impressed about everything. Warm welcome from the staff the food was amazing, I enjoyed every single moment.

Will be visiting again very soon

I just got off the phone with Kelebogile and i can say that she has the grandest Customer services. Had the smoothest booking i have ever had in a while

Attended a reunion here, overall the buffet was okay. Some of the red meat dishes were tough to chew, the staff was friendly.

The food was average. What dissapointed me were the filthy plates & sides plates that were not washed properly.

This is a to go place. The ambiance is perfect, perfect food and very affordable. I had a good time and my kids loved the fact that the food is bottomless

Please don’t listen to the staff when they say don’t make a booking, they are lying. When you get here, there is no one there to help you and no signs to tell you of eating times. Then you stand in a queue only to get to the front and be told that bookings are being prioritised with no concept of when they can seat you. The staff is horribly rude and slow. This was one of the worst experiences. Rather buy Nando’s or KFC.

Wanted to end a great day at the theme park & the staff didn't even want to speak to us. Made it clear that we were unwelcome

Waiters were not wearing name tags, so I had to constantly call staff by Sir/Mam. I had to wait over almost two hours for my bottle of wine I ordered having reminded the same waiter that I'm please still waiting for the Nederberg Merlot costing R120 twice, and thereafter the waitress having dreadlocks possibly the supervisor who on my second request for the wine instruction "our waiter " to attend to another table next to ours. I gave up on the wine and so did my colleagues for their cocktail drinks just for it to arrive then. At the buffet area the elderly ladies assisted each other at the desert area because staff were occupied with service at the tables and in the kitchen. The awaiting for the bill was a night mare.

This place doesn't even deserve the one star rating I'm giving, absolutely horrible! It's like they staff is running some kind of fraud scheme on customer. We were charged for 5 please while we are four, yet they still have us 4 tags. When we asked for the money back because we were charged wrong the lady gave us a hard time, not to mention the waitress the worst! Not recommending this for anyone and absolute fraud place

They never answer the phone and respond to emails and when they finally do.its fully booked! How on earth will one get a table if they never answer the phone!? It's so frustrating!

I don't usually enjoy buffets but the food here was surprisingly good. We also made use of a great strategy and went here on a weekday evening to celebrate our parents' birthday, it wasn't too busy, so no long queues experienced and the service was fast.
