Bismillah Restaurant-B1 reviews
25Worst restaurant ever.i will never ever go there again. This is our second experience today. First one was in laudium the food was spoilt and smelling. Today we ordered a mutton bunny the bread was like a rock and for R100 u get three small pieces of meat. What a rip of
Very poor, arrogant service by waitron, food was prepared kept and just heated to serve. Very bad experience & waitron demanded a tip for his arrogance?
Really was disappointed…. Butter chicken really not nice…. Super bland and very small takeaway portions
A very disappointing experience. I orderd x2 prawns masal the prawns and masala was one day old cooked they just warmed it and brought it. I complained to the waiter his saying that tge prawns are fresh from the ocean. What a lie we all know they don't get it fresh from the ocean. They forced us to pay for the dishes. My family will never go their ever nor do I recommend anyone to go their. Thank you
The food was great. The only problem I had is the waiters demand more tip to give them. Lord knows if I had the money I was going to give my at most best. The experience was hallucinating.
Food was ok just burnt which I had told staff and they said it should be that way and didn't change it
I am so happy to be able to say that I've had a Bismillah biryani again! After being out of the country for a few years and then stuck in lock-down, their mutton biryani went down a treat - still as tasty and generous as I remember (and still at a reasonable price per meal) They practise social distancing and good hygiene in store so you can feel confident to visit the shop.
Awesome food. Tasty yummy. And special ice creams. Must try is barfi ice cream and Kulfi. Go for boti chicken as starter. Biryani is feast n wowsome finger licking
Always love the Chicken Kadai there. The waiters are just great. They are so welcoming all the time
If you are looking for good food at really good prices then bismillah's is the place. I would recommend the beef karahi - hot
This is one of the best I've ever been.you can actually taste the flavors & cooked to perfection.the T bone grill.chicken tikka.butter chicken.chicken corn soup.even the chai.this is one of our favorite restaurant.
Love the Chicken Breyani on Fridayd. It's cheap but taste divine. I can't help but make a stop whenever I am in the vicinity.
They don't deserve to be in business. No stars. I had dinner there this evening and they served me dhal makni that was off. Three quarter way through my meal I started throwing up. After the waiters had seen me rushing past them with my hand over my mouth they presented me with a bill. When I protested ver vocally, they offered to take the cost of the dhal off the bill. When I protested even more vehemently they started accusing me off trying to shirk the bill. I am heading to a dr now because I am sweating profusely and feel nauseated.
Worst ever restaurant experience.when we opened our menu’s cockroaches fell out and on our table about 6 of them and then there was such a strong stinky smell we couldn't even breathe. We then moved to another table closer to the door, but the service was bad too, we didn’t get our drinks till after we ate and then we had to ask about it. When the milkshakes finally reached us it was hot and watery. After leaving the restaurant we all got home to find ourselves in severe stomach pain and diarrhea. This place is a health concern for anyone. Please stay far from dinning with them. I wouldn’t even take food from them again even if it was free
First of all I asked for a chicken sizzler and they gave me a chicken curry. The curry had a stale chicken and had an awful taste.
Instead of acknowledging their mistake they were so rude. I took this issue up at their counter and their staff was questioning me back. Such an ill mannered staff and very impolite. There are like five people standing by the counter and all attacked me saying that this is it, if you want it you have it or else go. Didn’t even refund the money that I owed.
People go there due to the brands name but not at all up to the standards. Bad staff and worst food.
Doesn’t even deserves a single star and definitely not going back.
The location moved on the day that we wanted to eat there. A waiter got into my car to show me the new location. He asked me really, really inappropriate questions about where my husband was and whether I liked "fun times" since I'm single. The curry wasn't spicy, as ordered. I will not return.
The food tastes good, and the service is ok.
Not the top class restaurant but it is OK. The restrooms are kinda scary, looks like you are in a torture room or something.
They wipe the tables and the floors, but still it gives me a feeling of being in an unhygienic place, but that's just me.
Food was really good there chicken tikka Is the best the location is terrible though never any parking
The service has gone down badly. Firstly the waiter didn't remember what we ordered because he didn't write it down. As he brought the food, he just dumped the plates on the table. Also, we told him to pack all our left overs for take away, and half the things he didn't - and they still expect to get tipped! I will not be going to this restaurant again!
Bismillah's meets the requirements of a good restaurant with consistency since +18 years, neat dining area and wash basin facilities, salad and dressings on arrival (previously papads). The waiters perform their basic requirements.
The butter chicken and rogani naan is our all time favourite here. The tandoori chicken is also good.
