Daryl and his colleagues could literally have done nothing more for me. My order was quite a complex one involving a number of different items needing aourcing from multiple places but they got everything that was needed and maintained excellent communication throughout. I dont think I have ever experienced this level of customer service in retail so hats off to the whole team at this store.
A massive thank you for all of your assistance, could not help but give a review on the back of it!

Staff not very knowledgeable concerning the products they stock, this was not always the case some additional product training for the new members would go along way. Phoned about a product and was told it's in stock got there to find out it's something completely different.

Blades and triger care for there customers and they are very helpfull even where they dont have to be.keep up the good work guys u deserve more than 5 stars

I would like to cencerely apologise to BnT and their team for my harsh statements made recently.
It was not meant to harm or tarnish any reputations, but meant as a mere harmless ploy to get a response from someone within the company. I felt like I was being unfairly treated and that lead to a poor judgement call on my part, for this I am sorry.
I would like to offer thanks for the years of loyalty and respect from my kind employers and staff that worked with me. Thank you for the oppertunity, you will all be missed dearly.

Very sad that this branch will never ever be seeing me again. I can't stand the arrogance of certain sales people that are damaging the shops reputation. I made a simple request for my honeybadger knife to be sharpened and got asked rediculous degrading questions about my knife etiquette. That's not why I was there. Please resolve the arrogance issue!

Arrogant staff. Took them effort to help me with a simple request and asked rediculous questions uppon my request. Felt he couldn't wait for us to leave to get back onto his phone.very sad.

So I bought a back piece of a glock in early November, but seeing as it was the wrong piece I took it back and asked them to please get the right part. So after hearing nothing for a few weeks I messaged the store on the Whatsapp number they contacted me from. The guy who helped me, whom I have decided not to name, told me on the 22nd of December that he would get back to me on the matter before the day’s end. Today is the 15th of February and still I have heard nothing. I am very dissatisfied, people were very eager to help me but now that I have already paid for a product that I am yet to receive no one wants to help me?

Verry verry bad, I will not recommend shopping at blades and triggers Vaal malll or any of their branches.

I bought glasses and a paintball gun from them, the glasses broke on the 3 day so I took it back with my slip thinking that are going to exchange it but no, that send it in to be inspected and you will wait a month to hear what went wrong, I spent 5970 rand and I am regretting it bad because the gun is also giving problems so there products are very bad. Do yourself a favour, if you're looking to get a paintball gun, look anywhere else but not BLADES AND TRIGGERS!

My daughter bought something at the store on Dec 9th 2020 and was asked for her mobile number on the purchase of the goods.

Later that afternoon the sales man starts sending her private what's app messages?

What kind of store/sales man requests a persons mobile number to send private messages for WHAT apparent purpose I ask myself.

On speaking to the individual the phone was put down in my face when I asked to speak to the manager?

Terrible customer service and I would advise everyone especially woman to be wary of giving their mobile number or ANY information when purchasing anything from this store.

Excellent customer service I got from Lebohang (thanks man). However the difference in price on an item I bought just stunned me In disbelieve. I bought 2× 90g/88g co2 cannisters at a "special"price of R275.00 each! 2 days after that I found a shop (stone throw away) that sold me the 100% exact same thing at a "normal" price of just R54.00! Head office, please be so kind to explain.oh Nd I will gladly prove my statement

The say the have a watsapp line but seams like the don't use it been trying for the past hour to chat with someone but.nothing!

Never do a lay-by from these guys. I asked to cancel and they told me they will cancel but keep my deposit 30%. I sent an email to the manager and claim their emails don't won't and they escalated to '' head office".

I got a airsoft sniper rifle for my son it was broken took it back and they mention that their was a factory fault on safety pin. Week later the replacement broke. I asked not too take the same they supplied me with a display gun and inform me that their is no battery or charger but on the box its included I had to buy seprate.

Great place if your a outdoorsy persone. If you love hunting and shooting bows and throwing knives this is the place to go
