The downside: They open at 8 but don't start working at that time. Be prepared to sit on the benches watch the staff going up and down till at about pass 9.
The positive: The senior clerk is very polite and helpful he likes cracking jokes too-which eases the frustration, the nurse who deals with babies. The best.
