It was my second time going there and unfortunately on both times I haven't tasted the food. However, the atmosphere and decor is lovely. Lovely visual asthetics.

I’ve known about the Breezeblock Cafe for years. It’s a warm, quirky, ‘hood coffee shop. Styled with a mid century modern look. Could be back the 1970’s. With Free Wifi. Large windows, Friendly people. I’d forgotten just how good it is to look south, instead of north. For lovely coffices

Service is great and so is the atmosphere but the food is OK at best. The coffee is great.

Went here for breakfast and had a lovely time.
The place is a little oasis in a residential area. Lovely interiors, large window facade and nicely decorated patio to enjoy a breakfast or lunch.

The coffee was decent and was served quickly and with a friendly smile.

We opted for 'Eggs Mirza', a Mediterranean style poached eggs dish, which was tasty and was the right quantity.

I ordered a wakey wakey smoothie, which was definitely a meal on its own. Taste was nice and creamy, but thickness made it hard to finish the smoothie in combination with the other orders.

All in all a very nice experience and definitely recommend it!

Mantis and the team at Breezeblock are phenomenal. I recently held a party at the venue, their warmth and professionalism was above and beyond. From welcome drinks and canapes, to keeping their kitchens open for our guests, the food and drinks were really great. The space was inviting and so many guests complimented the feel of it. I would highly recommend reaching out to this venue to anyone wanting to host an event. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The service was poor. Super unfriendly and zero smiles. The person who was serving me messed up my order. My meal wasn’t good too. The bottom bun of my sandwich crumbled and I had to eat it with a fork and knife bit by bit. I’m so disappointed because my friend suggested this place and rates it well.

Loved the vibe and atmosphere, I didn't eat anything, so can't comment on the food, but I got great service, and delicious coffee.

Lovely little restaurant in Brixton. Comfortable and homey. Service very good.the smell of coffee brewing very welcoming but wished it was not lukewarm when served. Breakfast options limited but good and homemade buttermilk bread very tasty. Don't expect mugg and bean type menu.unexpected little oasis. Will try again.

Popped in for a quick takeaway coffee. The coffee was really good and the menu piqued my interest. Will be back to try more for breakfast or lunch. The outside area is really nice but they do also have tables inside.

Arguably one of the best looking cafe in the city, in a great neighborhood. Strong coffee, good food and stead wifi.

What a delightful gem to have been introduced to today.
Under clear blue winter skies tucked into a corner inside where sun could reach us, we dined on beautifully presented simple fare. I had cold pressed fruit juice and their coffee later. Both wonderful. The food was a sandwich (2 open slices of Rye) topped with avocado and grilled halloumi. They provided home made mayonnaise (delicious - if not as tangy as bought) which I found complemented the accompanying potato wedges as well!
To be tucked away in a side street of Brixton, wonderful atmosphere and surroundings, I am definitely back there any time an opportunity arises.
I have to say well done!

Likely a good brunch spot, but got them at a tough time. Busy, wifi down, orders wrong. Sure its not the norm. Will visit again at later stage and see if improved.

Nice breakfast menu. Eggs not done as wanted. But tasty.

I passed by while taking a walk, and as a relatively new Brixton resident, this place looked like a breath of fresh air from.well, Brixton. Naturally, I decided on the spot that I'll come here and try out their menu. I plan to do so whenever I get some time, which should be in the near future. I'll update this comment after that

I love Breezeblock, Specially to do business with my investors over a cup of coffee or something to eat, have even brought new business to them and referred them to many.but due to a very uneasy moment with staff lying and the owner taking me on. I won't do my business at Breezeblock again.
I hate lies and being falsely accused of such.and bad waitresses.
I have proof of my orders as I am a foody and take pics of my food to share with my weight loss groups. So me never ordering.is a complete and utter lie. And I have witnesses who dined with me at Breezeblock.
So next time get your facts straight before false accusations.especially if that person brings your exposure and business!

Delightful food. Especially the Meppel pancakes! Beautiful and airy place to relax over coffee or a meal. Really recommend.
