Took my mom and mother in law for breakfast on mother's day - despite being busy the service was fine and the food was decent. The waiter was friendly with a good sense of humor.

Die roast beef en dit wat julle bbq chicken noem, was kurk droog en klip hard. Gehalte is regtig nie goed nie en daai klein stukkies vleis is n kiddies meal se vleis, dis regtig bitter klein. Glad nie R250 werd vir 2 mense nie

Brewers Family Restaurant has a wide selection of dishes. It is always difficult to choose because there are so many good dishes on the menu.

Such friendly staff, awsome food and amazing safe indoor play area for kids. Very child friendly.

Delighted by this restaurant. Kids are entertained, the food is excellent, staff knowledgeable and friendly. Pleasantly surprised by their generous portions. Prices are very reasonable.

Bought 4 servings of hashbrowns, yesterday - what a dissapointment! Normally its a triangle, golden crispy fried, mouth watering sensation.
Well, come yesterday - bang: round patatoe objects, drenced in oil. Ate 2 from total of 16, had to threw the rest away.

Very nice place to be if you have small children. Food is excellent and the kiddies menu is wonderful. Service is good. But the best part is the indoor play park. Kids just love the place.

Worst experience I ever had at a Brewers. 1st Service was absolutely horrible or no let me say NO service at all. Waiter was slower than a Sloth. 2nd. What was ordered was not available. 3rd. What I eventually ordered was not right had to send back to kitchen. The only good thing was the manager on duty as she apologized and made me think that she deserves a pat on the back for dealing with such in competent staff. I will never go back to this Brewers and stick to the Brewers in Waverley plaza.

I love Brewers, their food was amazing and the service was fast and friendly. Children would especially love this place.

The staff is friendly and they are really commited to the sanitary needs for the pandemic. Even the cutlery is placed in paperbags to keep you save. Well done

When I order a burger and SPECIFICALLY ask for it to be EXTRA WELL DONE to the point where it's BURNED I expect to get a burger that doesn't have a SALMON PINK PATTY.

I enjoy bringing my Kids for an outing every Friday to Family Brewers.
The food is okay.a few things could be beter in this area. But the main thing for us is the kids area. For them to play and enjoy themselves is our main thing why we go and also sooooo many other parents that we know. I would like to ask if you could give more attention to the play area and the maintenance there of as that is your main attraction to the restaurant. The trampoline is broken or closed for a while now and that plastic in the front is broken and the kids keep going aroubd the side.not being safe. Its a place of so much potential if looked after and good staff looking after the kids.

A good family restaurant with a good bang for buck menu. The service is great and the kids play area makes it a little easier to just relax and enjoy the food. The child area is always attended by a set of childminders, the play area is maintained in good condition and always clean. The menu is stunning with a vast variety of food options and the management team is a great example of how a business is run like a team!

I would like to see the waitrons have a waiter station away from the front door and the adjacent tables so you don't have to listen to their conversation, also basic waitron training would be advised as being called "bra" is not how I like to be addressed.

Your manager does his fly by but doesn't really take the time to listen to you.

If it wasn't for the the way you prepare your eisbein I'd have left a 1 star rating. Don't call an establishment a restaurant and give take away service. No disrespect intended. Jack up your service and you'll have to start taking bookings for tables.

This place was fantastic. It felt homely (in a good way) and the food was awesome. The staff was also very nice and helpful
