Burger King Byls Bridge (Drive-thru)

The place was clean; on weekends, there was a bit of queuing, but the service was pretty quick anyway. It's location was great; it was surrounded by shops and very close to Makro.

I was there 21: 30 when they were closing 22: 00 and reversed to serve me. Even when I want to go inside they didn't want to open the doors. They stayed there watching me begging to open the doors but cussed me out to leave them alone. Do yourself a favour and don't go there just before they close.

This restaurant gets my top marks on my first visit. The location is good when you're driving, that helps in terms of congestion. The service is good and their food is served hot and fresh.

Amazing fast-food for those in a rush and with a tight budget. The staff is friendly and the food is always good quality.

It's ok, too noisy amongst staff but could be just when I visited the branch. Food was decent. Burger felt flat compared to what I have had at BK in The Reeds, Centurion

What let this place down is the no seasoning in their patties. I'm an addict of salt but I guess they're trying to be a healthier fast food joint.

Very clean and awesome and friendly staff. One of the best experiences I have had. Just to show there is still great place and people left. Keep it up!

The food is fine - just like BK should be. But they close much earlier than it says online.

Once again another disappointing interaction with the employees. Last time I came here they look my order wrong. This time the person taking my order showed 0 interest in my order and did not ask what dip I wanted later to find out that the dip is out of stock I would not have bought the nuggets without that specific dip! They forgot my drink and then gave me dry nuggets!

I was standing at the drive through for 10 minutes no one came to assist and the windows was opened as well as they are ready to assist, when i drove around the staff where having a get together int he parking lot. RATHER DRIVE TO THE WIMPY THAT IS CLOSE TO THE ENGEN!

WORST BURGER KING EVER. NEVER HAS SERVICE. ALWAYS SCREWS UP ORDERS.

SAT AT DRIVE THROUGH FOR 5 MINUTES AND GOT FLAT OUT IGNORED WHEN I FLAGGED DOWN STAFF.

Getting out of the parking area after 8pm that burger king is situated in was very unpleasant and would hinder me from going there in the evening.

Been here several times over the last few months - always closed before the official listed time of 22: 00. Mostly closed before 21: 00 as well. Many people have complained about this but nothing has changed for months. Please list the accurate trading hours on Google so people aren't greeted with closed doors everytime.

Such a modern Burger King restaurant. When you step into this restaurant, you are welcomed with a basin with soap and antibacterial spray to clean your hands before having your meal there. Love this.
The interior of this restaurant is modern, unlike other in the area.

Such a phenomenal Burger King. We have been there 3 time when traveling to Johannesburg from Irene, and every time we visit this branch, we are never disappointed and always pleasantly surprised. We visited the store on Sunday 7 August 2022. Lucy (the teller) was amazing, took our order with a smile, upsold us to get a meal with a dessert and even offered a friendly chat, since they weren’t full. All the other staff were just as friendly and always had smiles on their faces when interacting with customers. The food was really good and presented well with fresh ingredients (we had the Whopper meal). The bar one king fusion was soooo yummy, with the right amount of ice cream and bar one sauce. Thank you Burger King Byls Bridge, you have gained devoted customers, and even though we are from Joburg, we will travel to visit your store as the Joburg branches have A LOT to learn from you guys about service, quality product and pride in one’s job and workplace!

Every time I get what I ordered in no time, with a smile. Excellent service at this Burger King.

I'm a harsh judge so take everything I say with a pinch of salt. I ordered a whopper with chips. When I got the food, turns out the cashier only rang the whopper up and that's all I got. When we informed the person who gave us the food, she said "drive through again to get chips. " I understand that we didn't end up paying for chips. I'm not expecting chips without paying for it, but it's annoying that the cashier got the order wrong. I won't be going back and I don't recommend it.

All of a sudden you're not allowed to swap out your non-sugar drinks for normal ones when using coupons. I'm literally willing to pay extra, yet they won't allow it, even when their own app states it can be done. Won't be using this BK again, subpar service.

Furthermore I've now bit into chicken bones in their chicken sandwiches twice in a row now, and was told I could not give coupon codes without giving my phone to the person taking my order. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wouldn't give us tap water in a cup for my dog, so that kinda sucked but other than that the food was ok
