Burger King Castle Gate Erasmus Park (Drive-thru)

The food is great but 3 TIMES in a row I have received my order with atleast 2 of my items missing I feel like every single time I go there they try to score a free meal from me, I have to always check my items to find that they not all there. Terrible service for them wanting to get free food. Money that I work hard for every month!

If there was another Burger King around my area, they would never see me again!

We ordered via a 3rd party, they completely missed a meal that we ordered. Really bad to get the orders so wrong, Especially if a customer orders via a 3rd party

It is the Burger King situated in one of Pretoria's trendy spots, Castle Gate shopping complex. The traffic at the drive thrus can be challenging, as it shares the space with other outlets, but it is always worth the wait.

Again, i am sitting in the queue here at a friday night it is now the 4th time itnis taking me between 35 to 44 minutes to order and get my food. Really, a big company like this can make things more stream line. Unexceptable and unprofessional. Also 2 times they got the order wrong.

My son Orderd a plant based whoppa and 1 family meal nugget tonight at drive thru. When my son got home suprise suprise no plant based whoppa for me. Didnt put it in the bag or i dont know what they did with it. So i am hungry and upset and angry for the cashier no 120 Tomorrow 9 o clock i will be there to pick up my dinner and have breakfast. Horrible. Had to wait more than 10min in parking after ordering- cheese burgers didnt have patties on and the chicken meal missed chips.

It's a franchise so much of a muchness. Staff friendly, food typical of fast food restaurant. Bottomless cold drink - good quality

Much better than McDonald's which we went to and every one of them were closed at 12: 00 in the evening, even with a sign that says 24-hour service? ! NOT Burger King they were closing and they actually served us even though they were closing, Guess That's Why They called Burger King.

What a couple of bad experiences, once again an incomplete order, and yet again worst service ever

Everything was in order food was delicious but why don't we get the mayo sauce anymore.very disappointed that is my fav

Usually your food is great but I must say your chicken is definitely not up to standard, also when you order the box meals you don't get a bag and no mayo or ketchup fot the chips.

Chicken is extremely dry and not tasty at all.

Please look into this or stick to what you know.

Also the bushes is growing infront of your menu, a clean up might be appropriate.

Disgusting. Undercooked rotten chicken. A BOX FULL OF disgusting NACHO SAUCE, and chips. Horrible, cardboard taste burger. A bun, tomato sauce i repeat. Tomato sauce and a slice of cheese. R150 for this Nonsense.

WE GOT NO MAYONNAISE! And now im supposed to eat your dry chips with that awful ketchup you give. Do better burger king.

I got served cold rotten food, the cheese was not even melted and the bacon loaded fries, bacon was almost grey and green, it was all cold as well. Not the first time this establishment has disappointed me and expected me to still pay what some people call an expensive meal. Will the American brand please come and sort out the standards of fresh food and customer service.

Great place with great staff and efficiency is norm here. I enjoy dine in and eve n drive through facilities here. Great standards. Believe me

Update: 1 year later and still have some of the friendliest and helpful staff working at this BK!

Been to this BK a few times. Every time I went into the shop to order and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
Our food has always been good and will definitely be back in the future
