Burger King Rivonia

Had hoped that the drive through would be a quick and easy meal seeing as lunch was skipped. I arrive with no cars in front of me and non behind. Waiting about 2 min before some woke up to the fact that i was there to order, Placed the order made payment and then was told to drive through and park while i wait for the order. Nothing special was ordered only a whopper regular meal with water. I ask why she says 'its not ready" no problem I'll wait here because there is no-one else in line just me. She insist, I refuse - clearly very angry she says "Fine! don't move" and within a nano second the fool was ready practically thrown at me. I did not get a slip. I did not eat the food. I'd advice anyone not to bothering going here - Just disgusting service. And honestly a waste of my hard earned money. Rather go next door.

We'll always give good reviews. Love your burgers, just the last one wasn't 100%. Granted it was late in the evening. But, I would rather mention it so you're aware.

Slow service - 30 minutes to recieving order.
Dirty tables. Nobody comes to vlean tables.
Toilets are filthy.

Service is absolutely pathetic. There's nothing fast about this fast food joint. Waited over 25 minutes for two chicken meals of which the which the two tiny wings were burnt.

Worst burger king! Was amazing when first opened but saw how it degraded bit by bit over the past couple of months. Will not be returning. Please spend your money elsewhere.

With Uber Eats you expect a swift delivery, Burger King doesn’t do that, I’ve done hour for a small order. Head office just knows how to mess up an international brand.
They hire idiots, they don’t understand uniformities. Standards of service is extremely poor for a well known international brand.

The lady at the intercom is not welcoming at all, then you have to wait ages for a card machine and receipt without no communication from her to tell you to wait what the delay is… then you receive the wrong order then wait forever at the drive through blocking other cars for your correct order then receive it when you end up walking inside with no apology until you request to speak to the manager and the said part it’s the second time this happening…
It’s just sadI keep on going there for the food but the service is not pleasant hopefully things will change

You are the most unprofessional takeout place by far you keep my order late tor an hour just to cancel it and don't even have the guts to answer the phone you keep cutting the call i hope you guys close down or get new management seriously DISGUSTING!

Burger King Rivonia is awful. We bought bacon loaded fries and ended up in hospital. The meat was definitely not bacon and were something slimy and brown instead. 4 people almost died including two very small children but the worst and sad part is the total lack of accountability or care from burger King. They refuse to accept responsibility or even apologize! And they justify everything. No explanation on why we bought bacon loaded fries and got something else instead. We kept the food and even vomit samples for them to investigate and they told us to throw it away because they were investigating internally. It's sad that the company could have cost us our lives but does nit care at all.

The staff here are always polite and professional and committed to good customer service. And the food.well Burger King is delicious!

The worst Burger King EVER! How is it that everytime I come to this branch on Rivonia there is always complete chaos and absolutly atrocious service. I actually will never be buying from here again and I hope others boycott with me to show Burger King that customers demand some form of service and speed from a FAST food outlet. I am actually disgusted and all the staff at this branch should be ashamed!

Terrible staff. The sanitizer wasn't working and they watched me struggle so I left the station and went to the bathroom.on my way out to get money to buy food I get a nasty staff stationed at the door telling me off for not sanitizing when I was struggling and she was watching the while time. Never going back didn't even bother to buy food with their shocking attitude.

I've walked out twice after giving up trying to place an order. The staff are seriously in need of training and perhaps some level of intelligence in order to actually take an order.

The food is good, I particularly like the King Beef Burger with a meal.
Dine is also available and never a crowded place.
Staff is friendly.

Great value for money. Burgers were very big and the whoppers had a nice generous slice of tomato and piece of lettuce. Tasty and a great experience

Staff must try to serve customers quickly especially lunch time. They must be prepared for peak hours

Terrible! No ice cream and service was bad maybe because it was late. Don't know.will not visit them again.

I ordered the fully loaded fries today, I was very disappointed when I opened the box and there was only the slightest dressing of cheese on top! What a waste of money!
