Placed an order here for a take away.
Been waiting for over an hour now.
Other people that placed orders after me got their food before me. Generally this wouldn't bother me, it just shows that there isnt management in the kitchen.
Its not a complicated, the cashier also isnt very professional in addressing customers and keeps saying, "its coming" when i ask and doesn't check with the kitchen staff. If the cashier had a bit of sympathy for the waiting people i wouldn't give it a 1 star rating. Looking at my bank statements now i noticed the cashier over charged me R100. I didnt notice it at the time. Be careful when paying. They do this then say it is a TIP when questioned.

We ordered the cheese burger special, the patty tasted like processed beef. The bun was flimsy and soggy from the soggy lettuce and tomato. Maybe consider tossing your buns so they don’t get soggy quickly from the sauces and veggies added. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least. If you’ll charge market rate for a burger please use authentic beef products and not processed for your patty’s.

WORST FOOD ever! Meat is so dried out and flavorless, ordered churros and received ONE SMALL CHURRO CUT IN HALF, 100% would never order food from them again!

I just ordered food. Currently still waiting and it’s been over 50minutes waiting. Horrible place

Waited over an hour for my delivery. My Uber eats driver asked me to phone the restaurant as he waited 50min for the food, when I called the woman on the line was very rude and short.

The food that arrived is below par, almost no mozzarella on trammezzini and the meat is dry.

Had two unpleasant incidents in the past two weeks. First placed an order telephonically on 16 May and when I arrived to collect my food, I found the lady who took my order didn't actually place it. Called today to order a chicken schitznel for delivery and was told it would take 15-20 mins. 30 mins later when the food hadn't arrived, I called back and was told that they were busy but that my order was next on the list. After another 15 mins, I went to collect my food myself only to be told that the delivery guy had the food. He arrived 10 minutes later. At this stage, my food was stone cold but I was too hungry to wait for it to be reheated. While waiting for my food, two other customers came in to complain that they ordered the same meal, a Russian and large chips but that the chip portions were substantially different. I looked at their meals as well and one portion was almost half as much as the other. The cashier simply stated that the orders were correct. I left before I saw the resolution to the issue, if there was one. Poor service for a restaurant serving an office park where time is precious.

I bought the beef and onion tramezzini, cost me R80. What a disappointment! I ordered Tramezzini NOT Pita bread!

I've bought tuna sandwich for 42.00 it's really not worth the money just 2 slices of bread with tuna Yoh!

I loved this place, the waiter are friendly and welcoming, they deliver what have to offer, it welcoming and warm

Just ordered for the first time. I ordered the chicken tramezzini that cost R88.00. Was so disappointed.it was soooo dry and hard.no filling? Small grated chicken pieces. Get you stuff together people.
