After being disappointed by another local retailer i decided to search online for batteries for my GoPro and came across the Camera Tek online store.

This was on the 21 Dec in the heart of the festive season.

I called the JHB branch and explained to lady that i'm from CT and that i needed it urgently before Christmas as i was leaving on holiday.

She told me to order it online as they had stock at the Durban branch and then she would make sure it was posted as soon as the payment was done.

I made payment at 9am and at 12pm i received a tracking number to my email from the courier guy.
On Fri morn the 23 it arrived at the CT depo of the Courier Guy and i was able to collect it there.

I'm absolutely blown away by the service which is very rare in our country.

I didn't ask the lady's name that i dealt with, but just wanted to say thank u so much!

From now on Camera Tek will be my go to store for any camera related purchases.

In a world where you're generally just a number, it's wonderful to get this kind of service on a consistent basis.
