Miss leading information, I drove all the way from midrand to by Playstation for my sun got there the console is not working no either the joystick waste of time .

The staff was extremely rude and they chased me out of the store 15min before closing time even though I wanted to purchase something they told me they want to close because it’s loadshedding at 4. They refused to sell to me and we rude the whole time screaming from the back that they are closed. Never coming back here again

Very rude manager sitting on top of the table of one of the buyers flirting and making inappropriate jokes to customers, this place is a circus! Worst experience of my life.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Bad customer service by the owner himself called zhakile and he assassinated my character. 0/10 would never recommend

When I went there to sell a monitor one of the workers made fun of me and my sister for having to sell our items to survive,
When the worker helping us offered R900 the rude worker started bantering with the worker helping us He said something along the lines of "900 really? , You could offer them 700 and they would still take it" while laughing, Extremely rude and its not something anyone needs to deal with when they are already struggling just to feed themselves

Thank you, Thulane for the speedy response on the items I'm looking for, you have given the fastest response out of all the 10 cash crusaders I've contacted, honestly well done, I feel like a very well looked aftered customer.

I've been waiting since 9am to speak to the buying team. I've called multiple times send multiple messages. Been told by the team they will call me back. It's now 17: 18 pm and still nothing not a phone call nor a message

There is a fat rude lady at the counter, the ugly one with gold hair, worst customer service of all time

My Camera was stolen when they broke into my house. I then started looking for a new camera on Facebook market place. I saw a picture of the same lens and camera that was stolen from my house on market place. The seller on market place works at Cash Crusaders Elardus Park. I then went to the sore with my camera box  to compare the reference number, and YES it was my stolen camera! They then inform me that they had already sold my camera to someone else. The camera with a lens was sold for a fraction of  the price that it is actually worth.

This cash crusaders have been no help to retrieve the camera back and refund the person who bought it from them. They just ignore the police request to get the camera back. If you have bought from them it it probably stolen

No accountability for the fact that they buy stolen property.

Horrible experience. They had me waiting for a week with regards to a product and sold it to someone else. Never received a call from them. Please avoid going to this store.

I will never shop in this store anymore and I wouldn’t encourage one to shop there too, my mother returned a slow cooker for repair, and she never got a feedback from then until she decided to go do a follow up, only to find out that her slow cooker got sold without her knowing, after posting questions about it the manager (David bakker) became defensive until he said you can contact our head office and launch a complain I can’t do anything about it its sold

In all honesty, I dislike posting negative reviews, simply because the same amount of effort is missing in positive reviews. Poor reviews are also primarily fueled by a person's emotions and temporary relief is found in quick, anonymous online rants. That said, the 1 star rating I have applied is justified and based poor service received at the same branch, on more than one occasion.
Dates, times, names and further detail can be provided should the companies HQ wish to investigate and remedy the situation.

To those considering buying or selling anything at this branch, my experience has only been negative and would definitely not recommend you approach this branch for any service/product they offer.
The branch manager is extremely unprofessional and gets very defensive if questioned. Their approach to service is completely unethical and when pointed out, the response given is much like what you would expect from a teenager. Unfortunately for the manager, her very own colleagues were willing to throw her under the bus by pointing out that she was grasping at straws and making excuses to try get out the mess she created.
If you have a lot of time to waste or enjoy immature conversation and treatment, I highly recommend the Cash Crusaders Elarduspark branch, they will not disappoint, I can vouch for it based in experience.

Pity it is negative.well, here goes.

Unfortunately I have to agree with latest review as I had experienced exactly the same response from the manager as I was told "I apologise if YOU feel YOU had been treated unjustly" the typical robot answer from a VERY inexperienced person of authority. Why else would I be complaining. The so called Jnr Manager speaks to you like she is rebuking a child, clearly, feelings of entitlement. Yes, I went there. When exposed for trying to hassle me. We got very condescending and sarcastic. Don't get me started on the manager when confronted with his staff's behaviour.

This used to a very nice place to shop and sell, clearly, they've settled into a comfort zone.

You, Lerato, should be ashamed of yourself.

Maybe the staff is friendly and the store neat, but business ethics is non existing.
They will find a way not to warrant their warrenty.
Lost money twice with them, rather pay more it makes sound sence

Needed a tv licence, Post Office couldn't assist because they had no forms. Asked the lady in Cash Crusaders if she could assist me. Technically I wasn't a customer however she was kind enough to help me. Thank you!
