I went with my boyfriend and his brother to spur last week and just wow. The service was amazing. Overall happy with everything spur has provided over the years

Worst experience ever i had booked for my daughter's birthday and I really regret for even wasting my time with them the waiter had no time for me and my family he never checked up on us and we were served cold and dry burgers for the kids what really frustrated me the most is the kids were served ice-cream in a coffee cup and we were told that they don't have enough ice creamebowls were the table across us had been served ice-cream in bowls and the table that came after us, what was the icing on the cherry was when i had to pay and the card machine could not print out the slip and we had to go to the front desk for assistance from one of the managers who just pulled my card out of the machine and threw it on top of the counter and shouted at the waiter in front of me about the whole card issue I had thought since this spur was big I'd have the time of my life like I always did but I guess I was wrong

Food was delicious and the service was friendly and great.

Due to cerfew, we had desert to go. And they even did a half cream half icecream split for me to go with my absolutely delicious bar-one brownie.

Worst experience at any spur I've ever been to. Adjusted my previous rating to reflect this. Breakfast arrived only after people had already eaten. No stock on basic items, manager blames riots even though Spar is right next door. Cold coffee and waiter refuses to bring jam and Sauces. 45 mins later still waiting for warm coffee.

Fillet steak was fab. Just like Spur can make it. Service from waitress was 10/10. All the covid protocols followed. Thx to Spur management and team for a great experience after all this lockdown periods.

The staff is great and very Professional.the place is neat and clean my son was happy with the play area.the parking is Secured.would recommend it تو anyone

Have been ordering from this spur for a long time and had already written a review but what I experienced today is by far the worst. The take away packaging for the meat specials was horrible and soggy had to cut it out of the paper bag hot vegetables were thrown into the bag and mixed together instead of being separate. The wings sides had no sauces.

We had ordered for collection. Our food took forever and when it came, it was incomplete. When they brought the missing food, the pork chops they had packed were dry and looked like they had been taken off another plate.

They have rearranged the tables very well to accommodate Covid requirements. Restaurant was not too crowded. Food and presentation was good and portion sizes were adequate. Kids enjoyed the play area which is quite big and able to cater for kids aged 12 as well. Service was good with the waiter very accommodating to special requests. An enjoyable experience.

Food is horrible waiter brought us 2 times incorrect orders waited 2 hours aswell won't recommend anybody

I ordered takeaways, worst ever experienced I had with SPUR. The food was cold, my chips and onion rings were stale, I assume because they were as old as the Magalies Mountains. You would think due to the COVID pandemic their service would and should be top notch.

Perfect place for a night out with the kids. Perfect place to go if you want to keep the kids entertained.

Fast and friendly service. I enjoyed my food. Our waitress made us feel welcome. I'm impressed. Well done.

Was totally disgusted with the very poor service and I also noticed that the portion sizes shrunk. Wont be back

Great Staff and Big play area for the kids to play. Sitting next to the play are where you can see them.

Great restaurant with very nice playground for kids. Great service. I would definitely recommend this Spur to anyone with kids. The owner has gone through a lot of trouble to make it as pleasant as possible.

Service was avarage not sure if there short staffed or what but we had a nice time me and my daughter, food was also good, wanted to order a takeaway but couldn't find anyone to help us ended up leaving, not the kind service l was expecting or l normally get from Spur.

They expect a 3 year old to play with mask on. This is child cruelty. Will rather go elsewhere where kids can play free.
