As a visitor from the Eastern Cape I have to complement the Manager and staff for a wonderful experience. Very neat and very well organized.
Great shop! The manager assisted me with getting extra supplies from the warehouse.
Over a 100 products so took everything on the shelves and more!

Maybe it's because am used to Picknpay hyper. But the store is all cramped up like they were not sure whether they planned on making it a hypermarket or not. Pick n pay has a better set up and general design with a good variety of products and bulk buying.
Been going here since I was young (2005-ish). Literally never had any bad experiences. In fact it only seemed to get better with each subsequent year.
Although I usually only order 60/60 from this store I was impressed visiting here to buy my groceries. From the fresh fish to the Deli experience is awesome
Like it. Keeping up with the overall Mall look and feel. Although the isles seem to be getting smaller from what i remember for customers to " comfortably " move around with a shopping trolly. Other than this, the store is neat and fresh looking
Found what I was looking for without any trouble and the tiller was very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience
I had bad customer service from Mantwa Mabuya a cashier she was so rude when l just asked her about the plastic paper bag to put my groceries.
What a way to speak to customers.a lady called Pauline literally chased us out and said we need to stop and come pay because they want to cash up, we may have been late but that is not how you speak to customers.not impressed
Checkers stores are now beginning to rival woolies in their quality and design. Great food. Great selection of groceries and appliances.
Today 29/12/2022 i bought baby hake it was made like fat cake
and it had black things inside, I am really disappointed.
It is a very convenient place to make your shopping and the tellers are quick and full of enthusiasm.
Item prices displayed diffrent that what is charged at till. Seems to be a regular occurance. Not the best customer service either!

Friendly check out staff, and queues move fast even if it is very long.
Love the shop, but the staff can be a bit more considerate. They forever chatting on the floor blocking the ilses, not looking where they going and bumping into people.
It looks small at first, but this is a big Checkers Supermarket on the inside with lots of variety and an especially good coffee service.
It's a super market with a little bit more, electronics, appliances, clothes, plus more. A pharmacy too.
Just watch out for the Checklist 60 employees, fulfilling the orders via the school
App. I swear, they honestly think that they have higher, priority for navigating the Iles of the store, than actual paying customers.
