46 Save your money dont buy anything for here for a R189 rather get a blind person to make you tacos and Burritos. Ordered on uber eats, Food was cold but expected however half my ingredients was missing on it.
No salsa on my Burrito or the Tacos.
I ordered a chicken Taco, sour cream, cheddar cheese and mild salsa. The picture will show you the portion i got.
The Burrito only had the beans, chicken and rice on it with no salt on the rice. My Burrito order was chicken, white rice, pinto beans, salsa, sour cream and cheese 15cm big.
Save your money the food was terrible not worth R40. I will never order from them again.
Food was delivered more than an hour after order was accepted. Heard first hand from delivery driver that they give in-house customers preferential treatment. I also saw the driver had been waiting at the restaurant for quite some time so all checked out. Food portions were also way smaller than expected. Solid thumbs down sorry to this restaurant
Waste of money. My first and last time buying here. The service was terrible and the food was horrible. I'll try elsewhere
I received the WORST service humanly possible from a staff member named Debby. What a vile human being. I went in wanting to order a crispy taco and she very rudely told me the oil is not hot yet and said I should wait 45 minutes for the crispy tacos. So I go for the soft tacos cause I can’t wait so long for the oil. Then she proceeds to take an order from the man behind me without any explanation. When she’s done with her order she comes back to me and says “brown rice or white rice? ” I ask her why she would fulfil another customer’s order without letting me know. She then says, “can’t you see that this man is old? I thought you would understand. ” I say to her you can’t assume anything cause you don’t know where I’m rushing to or what’s going on in my life. I told her the least she could’ve done is let me know she’s serving someone and she’ll be with me shortly. She then said that the customer she prioritised had been there at 10: 00 so that’s another reason why she prioritised him. So now I’m like there’s so many different stories which one is it? She said “both” boastfully. I walked out because I wasn’t going to allow myself to be disrespected like that for a service I’m paying for.
Ordered a burrito, which is quite messy to eat, as a sit in. The burrito came in a foil. Needless to say that I began eating, sauce started to mess all over the table. I asked for the normal packaging to contain the sauce and was told I have to pay an extra ten bucks. Paying extra for what should be standard packaging seems ridiculous to me.
I really love you guys so it's not ok that you're closed when i need you the most.
The food is so good here but I cannot stand the women that work there. They are always rude and they are actually quite useless. I got there at 7pm one time (30 mins before it closes) and they already closed the place up.
The women there are just so lazy and couldn’t be bothered to make a good impression for the place.
Quit disappointing and this place could seriously do so well.
They are very lazy in terms of cooking have ordered soft tacos and it took them 2 hours to bring it to my home even the Uber where complaining …….

Do not be fooled by the image, you actually receive 3 Tacos (I ate one and then decided to take out photo for review)
All ingredients are chosen by yourself.
You can choose between Soft Shell and Hard Shell, my option being hard shell, which is deep fried and note NO oil was even dripping of the shell.

Very disappointing service from them. I ordered food on uber eats, and they refused to make my order as their sit in clients took priority. The uber eats driver waited over an hour for my order, and the restaurant told him if he didn't have the patience he could leave. It took 2 hours to get my food.
Noma was very rude. She acts like she didn't want to be there, if she doesn't want to work with people she must just quit and work behind a desk. Who rolls her eyes at paying customers? Such disgusting behavior. She even decided to gossip about us in Xhosa thinking we can't understand the language, unfortunately, for her we are multi-lingual. Zero for customer service.
If you like bad customer service then you can go but as for me? They will never get my money again.
Food is good for the price but service on Uber eats is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend ordering it, I waited an hour and a half for my order and I discussed with the driver why it took so long and he told me that they said that Uber eats is not top priority so anyone who orders on Uber can wait longer
The worst Chiapas experience I've had. The attitude of the staff (20 May 2023 @15: 30pm) was horrendous. Their "customer service" (if you could even call it that) was terrible. Saying that my requested were too much work and refusing to assist. Telling me that I am for the food and not for them to do extra work.
When asked to speak to the manager, a half-hearted call to someone at the back was made and after 10 mins and no assistance, I followed up on my request and I was told that the manager was busy.
I left the store, disappointed, dissatisfied and disrespected.
It was my first time trying Mexican food. And I loved it. The lady who served me was super nice and recommend I try the soft shell taco and it tasted great.
Always find the food great, but the service and sanitization of the place is differently gotten worse throughout the years.
You build your own burrito as you want it. The service is quick as well. Just be careful for the spicy sauce, it is very hot.
Food is always amazing! BUT the people working there? Make it seem as if they were doing us a favour! I always take my food as a take away because the service is so terrible I don’t get to enjoy my meal! Manager needs to get to the bottom of this!
Just as we started to eat, we were "entertained " with traditional african music at a mexican place- NOT NICE!

I’m a regular at the Brooklyn branch, I’m not someone to complain, but this time I just had enough. I’m a weekly customer and for the last 2months I’m just disappointed and biting on my tongue not to complain. Tonight I ordered 2 burritos just too have literally nothing in it, I got more of the foil than burritos?
When I told them I got attitude and told they are almost closing (an hour and a half before they close so by the way) that’s why there there is so little in it. When I asked to speak to the manager she was busy on her phone, no attempt to even come and speak to me, when I asked for the owners details, I was told sorry we can’t give it to you, I asked for head office details they said go onto the website…?
