Chicago Spur Steak Ranch

A visit to the family Spur should never disappoint and this was was everything that you would expect.

We attended a birthday party here today, we ordered a few maybe 8 breakfasts but it came in drips and draps without toast, by the time the toast came the food were cold, if one waiter can't handle a big table you should add an additional waiter. The chips with the breakfast were also very skimpy.

The food was tasty and fast cooked and the service was done withva smile. Compliments to Chigago Spur staff. Keep it this standard.

It's as expected. No white staff to be seen means that attention to detail and cleanliness is overlooked. The food is okay but not like it used to be.
Spur is becoming boring and the people there seems to be lower standards than before. Condiments bottles dirty and portions smaller than before.
If you knew Spur years ago, you'll be disappointed but for a normal eating out, it has to do.

Veronica was a excellent person to us we were served great and she kept checking up on us whether we were fine and she might order right food for ourselves

Great service, will deliver at your vehicle in front of the establishment should you order in advance for collection. The dine in service and the food is great. We will support them where possible. Great family restaurant.

This is the best Spur I’ve ever been to.

The staff and management is so welcoming, friendly and serves the best food ever.

I would recommend everyone to come visit them and have this experience.

It's above the usual spur standard. The waiters are great. The food is great. The only terrible experience here is the glare from outside, it limits the seats as no one wants to be blinded while trying to chat, watch rugby or eat.

Chicago Spur is the best best food retailer I ever came across. Yesterday 15 June we went there for the first time as I was passing from Potch to Jozi. The customer service is splendid, the waiters are super organised, the manager kept on checking on us to find out if we were okay, that gesture on its own shows that the retailer cares for their customers, it's not a lot of managers who still do that. They put people before profit. I wish all spur retailers could learn a lesson from Chicago Fochville.

To the Fochville team; keep up the good work, you have mastered a critical concept; a concept of best customer service and value for money. The food was delicious and tender. The Kitchen staff really know their business and for that I say Bravo

What an awesome experience in a very very long time. Food is superb, not greasy or difficult to eat. Very tasty. Clean and tables are very clean, unlike Parys spur. Thank you all the staff, compliments to the chef!

We sat for 20 minutes without help. We didn’t even get to be served. We have been ignored like we were not there. Whether it was because we were black or what was the reason no one knows.

Waited 50 minutes outside. They said order will be ready and waited another 20 minutes. This is bad service. While standing outside a few people came and complained. Please don’t lie toe me and say my food is almost ready and dont tell me you guys are busy when there is 3 families sitting inside.

A fresh breeze in a fairly small community. Spur quality food right at your doorstep without the need to drive to Carletonville or Potchefstroom. Friendly personnel and good food for a winning combination.
