Receptionist did not let Dr Bierman know that her patient will no longer be coming through for admission. Nurses don't communicate with each other.

My father went in for bilateral transusion. Absolutely amazing patient experience. Staff is very friendly and productive. Excellent food. Overall care incredible and the surgeons very professional. Clean and spacious rooms. State of the art equipment. The list goes on!

I had a 10 hour reconstructive
surgery by Dr J Van Heerden, and spent a week at Cintore. The staff there are welcoming, kind and very helpful. From Dr van Heerden's staff to Cintore personel. This includes resident physiotherapists and catering staff. They genuinely care for patients.
Nobody likes being in hospital, they make your stay feel like home away from home.
The hospital itself is state of the art with beautiful views. It is designed to aid one's healing process. I highly recommend Dr Van Heerden and Cintore.

Die beste hospitaal wat ek nog ooit besoek het. Die diens is ongelooflik. Die span dokters waarmee ons te doen gehad het was briljant. Dr. Johann Klugge is beslis die beste chirurg waarmee ek ooit te doen gehad het. Hy het die beste persoonlikheid hy het uit sy pad gegaan om aan ons die hele prosedure te verduidelik. Ek het selfs i oproep ontvang vanuit die teater om my in te lig op die vordering met die operasie op my vrou.

On 31 October 2022 I was referred to Dr Elmarie Botha by my GP for treatment / assessment of vertigo. My GP’s offices phoned Dr Botha’s rooms before scheduling an appointment to make sure that they accept my medical aid, and the consultation fee would be covered, and they confirmed same telephonically.
My GP had been to Dr Botha for treatment of vertigo as well the week before and my GP advised that “she had ended up in hospital for 3 days as a result of her vertigo”.

My partner and I arrived at the rooms of Dr Botha, and she has no bedside manners towards patients. She proceeded to ask a few questions without giving much information and to do an exam by making me stand in different positions and furthermore by letting me lie down and tilting my head around. The worst of this was that she was chewing gum with an open mouth right in my face and throughout the entire appointment.

When my mother arrived at the end of the appointment, Dr Botha was extremely rude, obnoxious, and short towards her in a manner of how dare she arrive there at the rooms. When my mother asked if they know if the hospital accepts my medical aid, her response was “There are at least 10 medical aids with 10 sub-plans. How am I supposed to know if they accept your daughter’s medical aid? ”. A simple “Unfortunately I’m not sure, however you can find out from the hospital reception” would have sufficed.

Her treatment plan was for me to be admitted to hospital for 3 days (even though the hospital does not accept my medical aid so payment would be out of my personal account) the next day to have scans and extensive of tests done on me so that a neurologist and a forum of doctors can assess what was causing the vertigo, because Dr Botha did not have knowledge about diagnosing me and that by doing her standing and tilting tests she could “eliminate at least 10 causes” and couldn’t tell us what those were either. It was right there that I decided I will not be walking any kind of road with her as an ENT.

I ended up leaving without even a sick note for my work or prescription for any medication to help with the symptoms of vertigo. I had to contact my GP that I had visited earlier and asked her to provide me with a sick note for my work and to prescribe the medication that Dr Botha prescribed her after her hospital stay and tests which was medication for a viral infection and cortisones. So, you need a forum of doctors including a neurologist to tell you have a viral infection. What a joke. This is a money-making ploy of Dr Botha just to admit patients into hospital without any diagnosis or information, regardless of what questions you may ask.

The icing on the cake is I have now received an invoice for an additional payment of R 1 169.80 to settle personally on top of the R850.00 covered by my Medical Aid. I was at her rooms for 30 – 40 minutes tops and they added “Prolonged face-to-face attendance to a patient” to their invoice. There was absolutely no prior communication from their side regarding what would be covered from my medical and that there would be any out-of-pocket payment required from my side. Really unprofessional way to run a practice and blindside ill patients.

Avoid visiting this doctor at all costs.

It's really one of the best hospitals, even it's for an appointment, operation or aftercare and all the staff are the best you can get. Dr. Andries van Niekerk was my surgeon, the best I could ask for, everything and everybody were the best I could ask form

Shocking service for Dr Elmarie Botha (ENT) today (27/02/23). Not only did she make us wait for 45 minutes but she did not have the courtesy to try and apologise for the delay and neither did she have the decency to greet us. Shocking! We will definitely not be spending any hard earned money with her. I informed the ENT from Cormed that referred us of the shocking and disrespectful service and recommended that he refers no-one to her.

My cup and cutelry always dirty. Rooms and bathroom not clean. No clean water daily. Urine test stood on my cupboard since admition until descharge. Beds only chanced once. Oh no.

Great Hospital with knowledgable and professional staff. I stayed 7 nights in the surgical ward, right next to the reception area (room K & A) and found that the staff can be very noisy at times. Hospital food will always stay hospital food (not gr8). I was assisted by Dr J & H Kluge and surgery was done by dr C Swanepoel. All these doctor's are excellent and walked the extra mile. Over all 5 star! Thank you!

Brilliant facilities. Friendly and truly caring staff. My experience there has been unforgettably the best of my life. Every need is attended to with empathy and sincere concern. May the good Lord bless the management, staff and nurses.

Cintocare Hospitaal is soos om met vakansie te gaan in n 5 ster Hotel. Die angs, pyn, seer& ongerief het net ongelukkig saamgekom. Die aandag van die dokters is egter onverbeterlik. Die hulp in die Hospitaal kamers laat jou van alles vergeet.
Ek was so gelukkig om kamer D te kon kry. Die uitsig is fantasties! Ek kan boekdele skryf! Cintocare wil ek met lof aanbeveel

Dr E Botha the ENT specialist is really not at the standard we expected from a specialist in their field. She recommended that our 7 months old gets grommets in both ears. 24 Hours after the operation one grommet fell out. He was admitted to the cintocare Pediatric ward where they took really good care of our baby. However Dr Botha came past the ward one day without inspecting our baby, basically said hello to us for ten seconds and charged us a consultation fee. Not impressed with her services.

Been purchasing continence supplies from Conticare for a while now and the customer service is exceptional every time. Whether I have made a website/email enquiry or phoned, the staff are always friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. They are a wealth of knowledge and deliveries are super fast which helps when I forget to place a timely order. Prices are always reasonable and competitive as well. There has only been 1 occasion, where we have had an issue with a missing item however it was rectified immediately. I don't even bother checking prices of other suppliers anymore, they are now my go to for anything continence related for my loved one.

Cintocare hospital is very nice and the staff are very friendly. I am not happy with my sinus operation that Dr E Botha done on my nose. She was also supposed to open my left side passage so that I could breath properly. It is still not open. Medihelp also don't want to pay for doctor's at citocare. Now I sit with the bill, for a job not done properly!

Beautiful, most impressive top class Hospital, staff has been hand picked to show professionalism, empathy and is most helpful. Just a pity the security personell has to be arrogant and unschooled in their field.
