Coricraft

Bad service from the team, been waiting for order since 10 February 2022. My order was delivered in one of their warehouse in Polokwane yet i requested to collect from Mall of Africa, I'm told the lady who was dealing with my order has resigned that why the service is now bad. Every time when i contact them they promise that the manager will call me back. I place this order last year NOVEMBER 2021. I have never in my life experience such a bad service.

We ordered a Raleigh couch in November 2020, it arrived in Feb 2021. The middle piece was very different to the others and coricraft sent someone ti inspect it. They agreed the piece was not up to an acceptable standard and ordered a new piece. The new piece was delivered in June, however, as soon as they pulled it off of the truck we could see it was the incorrect piece. The guys took the piece back. Since then we have tried to make contact with cori craft via email, phone, facebook and going in store to speak to someone in person. We have spoken to multiple people that have said they would help us and then we hear nothing from them again. It is 11 months later and we still don't have the couch we paid R30,000 for. Coricraft have provided some of the worst customer care and service I have ever come accross and I urge everyone to save yourself the hassle of doing business with them. They are an abysmal excuse of a business.

Amazing service, was assisted by Lesego and she was polite, and even went the extra mile to keep my purchased items in the store while I finished my shopping at the mall, such refreshing service

Absolutely apauling service Waiting since 9 December for a couch my date was extended 3 times after so much fighting I was due to receive 31 March well well big surprise its extended again to end April now i get told factory is closed till end april and response from Gary "I told you I am on leave i will call you 12 April" They refuse to refund dont buy from Coricraft

Nice furniture - however the service in this store was a nightmare! 3 sales attendants, none of them made even the effort to greet us or ask for our needs. Chatting to each other and friends was more important. Disappointing

There is poor communication between the store, warehousing and the customer. This leads to delivery delays and no feedback on when it will be rescheduled. All staff cannot provide adequate feedback and as a customer you have to waste energy and time following up with the store and warehousing. Very poor after sales service!

Pathetic service from this store and from Bongiswa Madlingozi. I submitted refund documents for a refund on 9 Dec 2019 and a month later i have still not received the refund, they don't bother to provide feedback. WHen I call they cannot provide me with information

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles. The whole process was great and the staff were so friendly. We were even offered free delivery by the warehouse and our items arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Great service all round!:)
