Worst dining experience of my life. I honestly don't know who will rate this place 5 stars. The steak was so dry, I had to swallow it down with water. At that stage I wasn't going to complain anymore. Just wanted to get out FOREVER.
At least the server was nice.

An old favourite but sadly our overseas guests were not very impressed with the ribs. We generally happy with the T-Bone

The food was great. I had 1kg of ribs which were excellent and very well portioned.

Awesome atmosphere and vibe. The service was also excellent. I wish this level of service could be found elsewhere in South Africa.

We thoroughly enjoyed the outing.

We've been to this specific Crawdaddy's before, and on both occasions we were satisfied.

We had mushrooms for starters, very tasty and a proper portion.

My wife had the chicken snitzel special with a baked potato, and I had the 500g rump.
I asked for it to be medium and although it was a bit more to the well done side, it still had a pink line in the middle and it wasn't dry.
I like salty food, so I had to add salt in both sides, but over-all there is nothing to complain about the food.

My first beer wasn't very cold though and the glass were room temperature that together with the warm weather did spoiled the beer. Although, our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She prepared a nice cold one for the second drink and also rinsed my glass under the draft water tap to cool it down.

The menu are prised a bit higher than other restaurants, but you also get value for your money. In other words, the outing will be a bit more expensive, but you will definitely not feel cheated with the size of the portions served.

We both enjoyed our food, and were fully replete.

Consistently good food. Not fabulous, but really tasty. Very crowded though. Latest t-bone I had was a bit disappointing, too much fat, too little taste except for too much too sweet basting. Rather take on of there curries again next time.

From the moment you walk in you know it is going to be great. Amazing food, the best Oreo milkshake you can find served with friendly service. This place has a huve variety of food on the menu. Portions are huge and food well prepared. Hats off to everyone working here!

Had a nice time, the food is awesome, waiters are good. I would have given a 5 star but the music was not for me, personally.

I have not been there for quite some time and was very happy to see the same welcoming service with a smile from the waiters and massive, tasty portions from a huge menu selection. Crawdaddy's is never a disappointment. Well done! I highly recommend going there and will be back soon xxx

Taste close to home! The seasoning was just right! It's probably the closest Old Bay taste I've experienced in SA! I'd recommend this place and will visit again!

Food was mediocre. Had the seafood chowder and ribs and chicken.
Milkshake was nice though. Service excellent!

Had a wonderful time there, food superb, waiters friendly and all the time on their post, 14 adults 5 children. No complaints at all.

Food is always good but they must deliberately find the worst "car guards" in Pretoria. Last time it cost me R1200 to repair a broken lock where someone had tried to get into the car. This time I was harassed by "guard" who only emerged from under a tree the other side of the car park once I was already in my car. That spoilt what had been a very good lunch.

Great service and great food. Perfect for a dinner with friends or just a quiet night with a special someone

What a great restaurant! I saw other tables' plates and really good-sized portions, so Bang for Rand in my opinion. The food tasted great as well.

I had the Crab curry - without a doubt I "crabbed" out after the 4 -5 crabs in that Poitjie pot, and that I had about a 1/3 to go.

Only 2 things negative to say:
1st the main road is busy and can be noisy with peeps showing their exhausts off.
2nd point which is a negative+positive combo, our waiter was a little too relaxed but other waiters picked up the load and helped us, when we needed.

Really good food and impressed with the quantity and quality of it!

This place never disappoints. Their potjies and chowders are a must try and their curries are divine! Ive been eating here for years and its been constant excellence since the first time

Food is always rich and the portions are generous. The Garlick butter I had split (so there was an oil layer on top) but all things said, I'm sure they would have helped if I asked. A definite must in Pretoria!

We celebrated our anniversary, food was great, my steak was a bit more done than medium, but the rest was super delicious

Went there for my partners birthday dinner on the 17th ofApril.the most amazing play area for kids so safe.the food was just amazing.from one chef to another a job well done.my steak was cooked to perfection. And FYI dont eat out much as I'm very particular on my food but you guys did an awesome job. Thank you

A rare find in a busy but beautiful part of Pretoria. It has a great welcoming atmosphere and familiar smells of great food and beverages served. The service staff is friendly and very efficient. The food is fantastic and the drinks always cold!
