Would recommend, new upgraded Inverter unit much quieter and management interface much better Delivery was prompt. Only small issue is the wheels of the unit which keep locking.

My experience with Crystal Communications (CC) has been 10 star not five. It is with extreme pleasure and admiration for this company with which I write this review. Prior to phoning Crystal Communications, I lost count of the number of companies I phoned to enquire about products for my solar project. Many of them either did not answer the phone or provided very poor responses to my query, leading me to believe that this new industry was bombarded by many substandard and shady companies. This ended when I responded to an advert from Crystal Communications. I spoke to Lynne and almost immediately I had a sense that here was a reputable company that was worth dealing with. I remarked to a colleague after the call that for the first time I had contacted a company that impressed me, this even with no business being conducted. I was looking for a Sunsynk inverter and although I was aware from their website and from the call that they had no stock, Lynne took my details and said she would look at finding stock for me. I got a call the very next day from Lynne who told me she would get a unit in about 2 weeks. I was so confident about her as a trustworthy person that I made payment immediately the very same day by bank transfer for the unit. I received a call 2 weeks after this from Lynne who advised that the stock arrived and would be picked up by the courier the very next day. I received my inverter the day after. Lynne and Crystal Communications are truly a blessing to the South African retail market. I have no doubt they will grow and become a force to be reckoned with. I hope that someday they will have branches in all provinces and become a company with a household name. Thanks very much Lynne for restoring my faith in local companies.
