I'm very happy with this store, bought two orico Micro USB 1m Braided Cable. And I got them in good condition and quality, their delivery is fast. What I also like is their WhatsApp support team wooow they respond to messages. I'm looking forward on buying more stuff from them.

Worst Service I have ever received from a company! During trying times with load shedding I bought an Inverter unit from them to be able to continue working. I contacted them by phone before i placed my order to ensure they have stock on hand and they confirmed they do, on their website it says it takes two hours to prep a unit in stock. Communication was very poor and I constantly have to phone them to find out how far my order is, after 3 days they tell me oh the stock has been given to someone else and there is no stock left. Still waiting for feedback after promises that they will get back to me. Considering taking legal action for loss of income!

We were off to a rocky start due to supplier backlogs on their side, but they kept their promise and delivered my items in no time from JHB all the way to Cape Town. Great service and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you very much C Shop.

Absolutely disappointed with this shop and their delivery partners. I ordered paid online, all in the same day but there was NO communication regarding my order or payment, like zero. I had to call them more than 4 times, on top of that my order took more than a week to get to me. I always purchase online but this was my worst online purchase experience by far!

I think the only word that can describe the service this company offers is WOW. It is seldom that I am at a loss for words but when a company goes over and beyond several times for a client then I kind of have nothing to say. Not only was I treaded with patience and friendliness all the time (even the times that I messages late at night over weekends because it was the only time I had) I was treaded like a million dollar client even though my order was tiny and just a cable for person home use. I placed my order and 2 days later just after 8am I get a call to say that my cable arrived. The only problem. I no have is that CShop has set a benchmark of what service could be and now all my other shopping experiences are going to be a let down. Thank you for the awesome and quick service. You guys will be on top of my "refer to friends and family" list.

I am always very nervious when ordering online for the first time from a company that I'm not familiar with. I ordered HP printer cartridges and they were way cheaper than anywhere else. Well they arrived today and they ARE original cartridges. I received regular updates on the delivery status and they were delivered on time.

I got my lenovo S27i-10 ThinkVision 27 WLED Monitor in less than 3 days from my purchase date despite COVid19 situation as i expected more days to get my hands to the new monitor. Have been buying laptops from Compuclinic for just over a year now. Pricing is amazing. The service is great. Have purchased more than 10 laptops so far with no problems.

Staff were great.they need to fix up their website as well as update it.their phones were down so had to drive to them only to go back home to have to order the part online again.they need to let customers know their phones are down.but very friendly staff.

I have changed my review seeing that it has been resolved, i do not believe giving a Five Star Review is in order but after waiting more than 10days for the product i have decided to update my review.

CShop make use of PayFast which took a Forever to refund me after my order was canceled their refunds take 10 working days to go through (2 weeks) this made it that i could not make another plan to get the product i was looking for from some place else because i did not have the money in my account to make a purchase the product from any other company, yet this is not CShops fault i do found it extremely frustrating and made the entire experience that i had with them worse.

While i was waiting for my Refund to come through CShops owner contacted me letting me know that they now had a new product that they would keep for me if i was still interested, (obviously i was, i could not make another plan on getting the product anywhere else because i was still waiting on my refund) almost in the state of entrapment.

I did not have any energy to make other plans so i opted and told him that i would want to buy the product.

Now I still had the problem because the money was being refunded and PayFast was not responding to the Owner of CShop, making me wait even longer.

CShop tried their best to keep me happy at all times and most importantly too get me to change my review.

Taking all of this into consideration CShop gets a 3Star review, after not responding to my emails for 5 days to making a refund almost impossible and last but not least for wasting my time.
