Busy place, but highly efficient and knowledgeable staff, making for a really pleasant experience, despite the pain created later in the morning.:)

Horrible receptionist, seems like a racist woman, am so happy that the staff were really nice to us or i might as well give this place a 1 start rating, very disspointed plus some of the guest called my son a monkey infront of that receptionist

The staff at Cure day are simply the best. If you not going to them you are at the wrong place

I went in 25/05/2023. Everything was smooth sailing, very friendly staff except the one nurse on duty. Came out of teatre just before 16h00. She couldnt get rid of me fast enough. Please give the patients time to recover.and why should I ask for something to eat and drink? Shouldnt the staff first look after the patients before they go home for the day? Overall great experience, nice clean hospital. Great doctors.

My wife went for a foot operation and waited from 11am until 4pm to be help.

We only left at 5.30 the worst service I have ever seen

My son went for a dental correction procedure at Cure Day Hospital and what a great experience. From Dr Iyer who is phenomenal with her work, to all the nurses and staff at the hospital. What could have been traumatic for my son turned into such a positive experience for him. For a mother, the time they took to make him feel comfortable, the service and communication I received meant the world. I cannot recommend Cure Day Hospital enough!

I was admitted on the 7th December for a operation on my hand. All the personnel at Cure Day Erasmuskloof was so friendly and helpfull - from the Receptionists, all the nursing staff and also in the theatre! Cure day Erasmuskloof 100% deserves 5 stars. I’m 20 and went in for implants and removal of wisdom tooth. I was scared, but each and every person ensured that I was comfortable. The nurse was extremely friendly as well as the anaesthesiologist. They treated me with so much gentleness and kindness. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. The place itself is very clean and neat. I could go on about many more things that impressed me, but this stood out for me.

If I could I would give it no stars. My daughter is 21 and i was not allowed to go in with her, only children under 14 are allowed a parent. My daughter was just as scared as a 13 year old would be. Do not tell me it is covid related.a 13 year old's parent can also have covid.i will advise everybody to make use of any other day clinic. My mother is 93.and if she had to go there, would also have wanted one of us to be with her.for comfort and support. Even the doctor attending to my daughter did not agree with this policy

Wow what truly amazing hospital experience! Serene interior, great medical care and staff super friendly and helpful! I forgot my iPhone charger and they even kept it safe until I was able to collect.

It's a good day hospital. Well taken care off. But my reason for 3 stars: someone stole my wedding ring out of my handbag whilst I was in for the opp. Make sure not to leave any valuables in hospital cabinet when going into theater. But other than the unfortunate incident it is a very good facility.

Reception was very rude. Did not care to listen to what I want to ask her and just dropped the phone.

If i could've given a minus i would've, staff extremely rude and not helpful at reception. No communication from finance department on our refund. From 1st point off contact we had a bad experience. I will not recommend this facility and definitely will try to avoid going there again.

Front desk staff unfriendly.
Coffee shop pathetic service and the person on duty should actually be in the scullery, no personality to deal with customers. So called manager at the coffee shop who promoted himself as the main person in charge is the rudest, most appalling human being I've ever come across. Thought I'll bring this to your attention as this surely does not befit your corporate image. Furthermor, the fact that we are liable for parking fees is nothing short of criminal in my opinion, after spending Thousands of Rands for a day procedure. I would appreciate it if you could revert with feedback on this matter.

Had a wonderful experience just unfortunately some of the nursing/ reception staff was not very friendly and overshadowed the really professional ones that went out of their way to exceed all expectations. Guess it is like that in every organization.

Same issue as other reviewer. Quote for admission clearly state that anesthesiologist fees included in hospital fee.

Afterwards got a big shock when a seperate bill was given for the anesthesiologist.

Although good service you will be stuck with huge hidden costs after procedures so be wary.s
