8I would like to express my utmost gratitude for the reception I received at Cure Day. I went there for my operation on Thursday, 21st of September 2023. The staff friendliness, cleanliness of the hospital, and the professional service that I receive was all worth the fees. Keep up the good work!
I was charged a R7500 co payment. When i asked if i could please make an arrangement to pay it off i was told no, it should have been arranged prior which i was not aware of. I asked if i was able to please speak to the hospital manager and was given a blatant no! I have literally emptied my entire account out to pay for my husbands procedure! What is the point of having a medical aid if you are going to rip people off like this? I will NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone! Absolutely disgusted at the manner in which the reception handled the situation
Reception was friendly however after my wisdoms were removed my doctor did not bother seeing me before or after the procedure or telling me how to care for my mouth, I needed pain meds and was left waiting for 30 min after my surgery with no one around to aid as the staff were prioritizing a meeting, on departure i was simply left with a script on my table in the ward and no instructions from either nurse or doctor about the meds to take. No one assisted in when telling me to leave. Overall disappointed.
Great experience at the hospital and with Dr Betts. However, I have had an awful experience with Dr CC Van Dyk (the anesthetist). I am still waiting for my money back after 3 months. Ridiculous. I rate him a 1 star.
I have so far been waiting for 5 hours to have my procedure done. The receptionist was great but since then absolutely no communication from anyone. When I asked when I would be taken into theatre I have been told they don’t know. It’s currently 17: 24, was here at 12: 30. Nothing to eat or drink since 7: 00.
Friendly staff. No visitors or plus ones allowed without a recent negative PCR test, the day hospital is uncompromising in keeping this place sterile and covid-free.
I'm just speechless about how amazing this clinic is. The staff are so friendly and so welcoming. They truly belong in their field! They go out of their way to assist and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Absolutely lovely people in this clinic! Fantastic staff, fantastic service!
