6 Horrible service, communication non existent, the unprofessionalism in that place is appalling as for the white recovery sister must just leave nursing as a whole she has no passion or respect for her job whatsoever.
I don’t recommend this facility to anyone and I’m never going back there, so disappointed because the place seemed welcoming but the stuff there.
Very bad service at Medkin. We took our son in for circumcision. Arrived at 7: 00 Am by 12: PM the child was still not attended to. No update nothing from the staff. We stayed there as if its a social event. Kids were hungry since they are not allowed to have any food or drink before they go to theatre. If there was zero rating I was going to give it to them.
Clean, mordern and has friendly stuff. I'd like to appreciate sister Ngoako she was so kind and full of assurance, she kept checking up on me and made me feel comfortable. Thanks a thousand sister!
