We were given the best treatment. The staff is amazing. They take care of their patients so well. The place is super clean.

I had an operation at Cure Day Hospital, Wilgeheuwel on the 5th May 2023, the service of my surgeon and the anesthetist was great, but post operatively, the nursing sister Liebenberg forced me out of the hospital as soon as I was awake. My husband had arranged to fetch me at 17h00 but this nurse made it so clear that I was no longer welcome at the facility to a point that used the services of Urber to go home just so that I don't wait for my husband at the hospital gait. Other patients were still operated on and I was definitely not the last person before closing. Even though I reported the incident on the same day, the hospital management did not bother to get hold of me nor investigate the matter. Appalling treatment!

Amazing staff and everyone so helpful and friendly. Please provide some training to other hospitals and clinics. Absolutely the best

Absolutely fantastic hospital. The staff were incredible (we had some issues which were caused by another provider) and they sorted it all out quickly and with a smile. Every person I came into contact with - the nurses, doctors, front of house staff - everyone was amazing. Would 100% recommend.

Honestly had an amazing experience at the hospital. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The hospital facilities are very clean also.

Cannot fault Cure Day Wilgeheuwel at all. From reception to being wheel chaired to car. Exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very clean and modern. No request was too much trouble. Highly recommended for a day procedure

Although it is a well organized day hospital, I find it not to be child or relatives friendly. You are not allowed to be with your relatives for emotional support after the operation. For me, having an child with Asperger's and very high anxiety levels, this was unnecessarily strict rules to accept.

The doctor was lovely and so was the food but the nurses were rude. They were gossiping about me in front of me. I guess because it was in afrikaans they assumed i didn’t understand but i did and i was very shocked to see that they would blatantly talk about another person in such a way

What a wonderful experience! One wouldn't usually say that about going into a hospital for a procedure. The hospital is modern and the wards attractive. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. They made me far more relaxed about the procedure I was about to have and took great care to make me comfortable afterwards. I highly recommend the establishment.

Went for a gastroscopy in at 7am and done by 11am. They are friendly, professional and above all really helpful. Can see the hospital takes good care of the staff and the staff goes the extra mile for the patients. The nurses were the most friendly I've ever seen and wish all hospitals were like this. Highly recommend this day hospital.

Great experience! I cannot fault this day clinic on anything. They were extremely busy on this Tuesday but I was immediately helped. Waited a little long to go to ward but not to bad. Clean, beautiful wards and hospital. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The pre and post operation room was well run and efficient. Great theatres! Was very impressed. Overall great experience!

My wife keeps telling them se is nauseous and they dont do anything about it

And the Caroline wants to tell her just sit up straight i dont have time for this

Surely as a nurse its your job, and she doesnt have time but she has time for chit chat with the staff

And on top of that my wife ended up vomitting and then she a a medical proffesional want to tell her thats gross

What an absolute pleasure. The experience from arriving to being discharged was exceptional. Felt at home and relaxed throught my procedure thanks to the amazing staff. A huge shout out to each and everyone of thank you thank you thank you
