Beautiful, very clean restaurant. Food was very delicious with friendly staff. Can recommend them anytime for a nice bunny chow

Take out food was okay but we were short delivered on the naan bread. We took it up with the restaurant and Mr. D.
Alli from the restaurant confirmed that the order was filled and they have continuous problems with the drivers from Mr Mr. D.helping themselves into customers orders. Mr. D offered us a voucher as compensation.small gesture after having your ordered tampered with.

The food was very disappointing, wish I could undo my order.telling my family to stay away. R800 later and I'd rather give the food away.

I didn't expect Thava or taste of Punjab so I guess I'm not That disappointed. I ordered garlic Naan and got burnt bland doughy mess posing as Naan. THE vindaloo was not good but it wasn't bad either. The basmati rice had no aroma and could have easily been normal tastic. Maybe I caught them on an off day. Will give em another chance and see if they are worth the hype. But definitely not any time soon.

Ordered a beans bunny and it was the worst I ever had, the curry was sweet and I had enough bread to make another bunny chow.

Ordered 1.chicken Tikka with chips it was delicious however the chips were only a handful 2. Lamb korma with rice the lamb was cooked to perfection unfortunately the curry was sweet and unedible 3. Butter Naan nice and a very big portion. It was my first time trying them out because of the reviews saying food takes a while instead of the 25 min I was told I gave 40 min unfortunately when I arrived my order was wrong so not the best 1st experience.

Great vibe and good food. The food was cooked to perfection and a it tasted really nice. They have a sit down place inside and outside. The area is clean, well presentable and very neat. The staff are friendly helpful and continously check up on you. Highly recommend this place

Great experience overall, staff was very friendly and professional and the food was quick to come out and was extremely tasty. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

Very disappointed with our order last night. Ordered 3 mutton bunny chows through Mr D. No flavour or spice and very bland. Hardly any meat, just gravy and a few pieces of potato. Unfortunately all 3 of us woke up with upset stomachs the following day. Will not be ordering from this place again.

I just love this place. I've been going there since they opened all those years ago. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Second time I've ordered from them. Food is decent however they completely lost control of their kitchen. Waited for over an hour for food. Another patron lost their cool and took it out on the cashier, manager just stood by and let the issue escalate. Will not be my first choice next time I want a curry.

Great food and service! Always enjoy my meal from this restaurant whether it be sit down or takeaway.

The food was absolutely delicious not one piece of it didn’t exceed my expectations and the drinks came really fast and the prices are great the accommodation was amazing and they were very nice people over all a great restaurant.

Excellent curries, delicious naans and the prices aren't bad at all for the quality, definitely bang for your buck as far as most Jhb Indian joints go.

Situated inside the Ferndale shopping center this lovely Bombay style (well at least that’s how it feels inside for me) curry palace just has the creamiest most freshest menu ever, ever single meal is fresh and tasty. The waiters the management everyone is just so amazing. The pricing of the wines and food is really really great value for money. It does get very packed consistently and over the years just shows the quality of the food.

The space is always clean, take away or eat it you just can’t go wrong with this curry paradise.

Since 2006 I have been coming here every 3rd Wednesday of the month. As you can deduce the food is out of this world. Best curry in JHB hands down.
