Amazing Italian food overshadowed by unattentative, pathetic and out right rude service. A fond family restaurant memory of a close friend, is the first and last visit from me and my circle.

Really poor service, i think the service ruined the entire evening for us but other comments were
Oysters were small compared to other restaurants close by for the price
Portions were small but flavours were good
The pizza was good, the pasta wasn't bad
Gnocchi was over cooked but home made pesto made up for it

Overall not a bad little restaurant
If the service was better and friendlier
I think people.would enjoyed the overall experience more so.

Waited a staggering 75 minutes for our food by which time we had all lost our appetites. We won’t be back.

We have been here many times before and always look forward to the experience. However my starter melanzane was disappointing. Just a tasteless blob of something in a small dish. If I think I can make better melanzane in my own kitchen than a premium Italian restaurant can then there is a problem. I thought it was overpriced at R80 for what one got and then to pay R180 for a relatively mediocre red wine was also not something that made it a good lunch experience. Maybe their previous popularity is still encouraging patrons but I think Da Graziella is losing the plot somewhere. It is no longer a good value Italian family restaurant.

Used to be very good, but this time the service was poor.
The waitron was very abrupt, was unclear when she spoke and had poor manners.
My companions all enjoyed their food very much.

Traditional in every way. The decor is exactly what you would expect from an Italian restaurant and it's perfect. The food is hearty, tasty and comforting. Book well in advance.

Very Italian, run by an Italian family with old style and tradition, food is excellent and prices are very reasonable, small and quaint, but you must book for a table, if you just turn up, you will most likely not get a table.

Lovely atmosphere. Our waiter, Oscar, was simply amazing and was very knowledgeable and gave the best recommendations.

Would definitely recommend the house merlot. The food is what you would expect from authentic italian. Loadshedding leaves the restaurant without music but otherwise an overall nice cosy experience.

A solid favourite. This evening, with Stage 6 loadshedding and an out of service pizza oven, they still produced excellent food. Worth the extra waiting time.

Lovely restaurant with authentic Italian food. During loadshedding the atmosphere was so romantic with all the candles.

I have been meaning to try this place for a while. I must say, did not disappoint. The food was excellent, service impeccable and ambience very chilled and vibey. 11 out of 10. Will be back hungry for more.

They even have gluten-free pasta! And their porcini mushrooms are devine

The food, well all I can say is it is amazing! The staff and owner Graziella are really so amazing. They all make you feel like you are part of the family. This is definitely my favorite restaurant. Absolutely love Graziella ️

As an Italian its tough for an italian restaurant to impress me and Da Graziella most definitely did excellent food great vibe good prices very homely feel with the italian chef and Nonna in the kitchen and they only use quality imported Italian products 5 stars all the way well worth the visit
