7We went to Dial a Bed Boksburg this morning and received the most outstanding service from Zolani. We have bought all our beds from this branch and would highly recommend them.
I needed a bed delivered within 2 to 3 days. Phoned numerous beds companies in Benoni and Boksburg. Most said 7 to 21 days delivery! I phoned Dial-a-Bed in Boksburg and spoke to Jabulani. What a fantastic person! Friendly, helpfull and completely on the ball! He arranged for delivery of THE BED I WANTED, for the very next day! He even phoned the warehouse to double check this could be done, and phoned me back in 5mins, confirming all was in order for next day delivery.

Ooh.my goodness the service is remarkable. There's no way u can enter the store and without no consultant helping you. Whether you buying or inquiring. Go and buy your beds there they are reasonable and good quality. I bought a double bed there for R4799
A huge thank you to Jabulani for very friendly and efficient service. When I stepped into the store, I explained to Jabulani that I had a Sealy Bolero mattress and that I was looking for something similar/ the Sealy that replaced it. The mattress that he recommended was perfect. I was also moving in the following week or two and wasn’t sure when I’d be able to take delivery. Jabulani assisted me with changing the delivery address after I ordered and also moving the delivery forward. The delivery guys were super professional and fast. Great service guys, keep it up!
5 stars just because of the sales rep named Elliot. He was very well informed about the beds, gave us ample knowledge and the pros and cons of firm to plush beds. Great Guy, keep him please.
Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Compared to other stores their professional attitude and patience is something you need when trying to find a new bed. I would definitely make the trip out to go back there again!
