An great dining experience, made extra special for my sons bday. Elvis Ndlovu was a great host and restaurant manager also very visible and checking if we were well taken care off.

You just can never not enjoy the food, especially of u are with great company. Definitely recommend, a date, meet up, work function u name it and Fireroom is just the place to be.

A good restaurant. I was their first customer and their food was very delicious, but when I went to them during this period and the weather was very hot, they do not provide air conditioning in these branches, and this is a bad thing for a restaurant of this quality. This restaurant is great and provides a good atmosphere, food, and service.

Food is great, cooked to the T and also very fresh. My dessert (malva pudding and ice cream) was out of this world compared to other places.

The waitress we had is friendly and humorous. The manager is there to make sure everything runs smoothly and goes table to table to notify. There was a waiter who also checked on everyone. The service is just reassuring and comfortable.

Closes late, so we had time to celebrate with patience.

The service and atmosphere was great. We had the sushi on fire cracker which was really good, beef carpaccio also great and chicken wings which were a bit chewy.

Service came after about 15 mins of arrival, had to get service our selves. But otherwise Muzi made sure that we get the best service, made up of night

This was the 3rd time in 6 weeks that I go to Fireroom, & definitely the last. I don’t understand why Wasabi closed down for this. Twice I ordered Oxtail, & besides the terrible plating, you’re better off cooking it at home. The first time, I complained and the section manager was kind enough to change my order. I ordered it the second time last month thinking they would’ve improved, nothing. Today I ordered Sushi. And it felt like I was eating grocery store sushi. The place was dirty. Pieces of paper everywhere on the floor. My place came with oily finger prints. I couldn’t finish the Dynamite shrimps cos they were just awful. Absolutely nothing about this place matches their prices. All they know is flaming everything they serve. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you have a polished palette.

Damn, great service, best Sushi, great atmosphere. Don't drink their local cocktail that thing tastes like Paarl Perle the worse.

The service at this place is impeccable. I loved that the menu had a lot of options and food was well prepared

We had a lovely evening. All staff and managers were all very friendly and welcoming. Recommend dishes were explained to us including photos. Thank you for making our anniversary special.

I received the best customer service from the waitress. She must keep up the good work. Clearly she loves her job, she's the best.

The Fireroom definitely delivers a fire experience

The food is delicious and attention is paid to the decor and ambiance.

It is clearly a preferred choice for many so I would pay a bit more attention to the service. Our waiter was very friendly and an absolute gentleman but there were moments we were left unattended for much longer than we preferred.

With that being said, I would still highly recommend it!

I went to FR, MOA on my birthday and I had the best time. I didn’t reserve a table but got the best table. The sushiii is to die for! The mocktails were amazing and their wings are simply the best! Also our waiter Musa gave us an impressive service! My friend and I couldn’t explore more of their menu because of the time, the kitchen was closing at 10pm and we got there around 8pm. I’ll definitely come back to try their wagyu burger!

When we think about celebrations, the Fireroom is always our first option, and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert, the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my Fillet on the Bone, Fire roll, and malva pudding might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was delightful and very professional, 10/10. Special shout out to Mbuso and Zama (waiter/waitress) for presenting the meals throughly and for preparing a special in-house steaming cocktail

Went out for a couples dinner date last week Thursday, to say I was disappointed at the level of noise and chaos that was happening would be an understatement. I have been to this restaurant several times nd was happy with the fine dining experience. Last week left a bitter taste, the place was so noisy, people talking at the top of their voices, the music was loud, I was shocked to see people smoking hubbly. Gosh how did we get here?

Fabulous restaurant to indulge in some theatrical gastronomy if you order any of the fire based items. Service was quick and efficient and always with a smile. All of the food was delicious.

Waitress was not friendly, wanted to change from the bottle of wine to something else; her attitude changed. Took long with our orders. Please that came after us got their orders before us. Asked for the heater to be switched on, only asked if we still wanted it 10 minutes before our departure.

Such a great experience, the staff is so welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing. We started of with the octopus which is full of so many flavours and it’s delicious. The main was fillet and chicken dish which were both even more impressive. The food regardless of which dish you pick is amazing and a restaurant anyone should try. It was our anniversary and the staff surprised us with a delicious dessert ice cream treat on the house.

Very poor service, food was not at all good, having sent the meat back three times and still having it be raw is too much. For that reason we will never return and we will not be recommending people to go here. Calamari dish was hilarious, a tiny calamari in such a big batter pasty crust. No thanks. I would rather pay double the price at Kream which offers more and better service.

The best Doppio Zero in JHB. I love their separate menu that we always order from on Sundays. The black forest steak is my favourite.
Great atmosphere and the desserts are lovely as well
