Dr Riaz Wadvalla

This is my second review of Dr Riaz. Again, as a long standing patient, I have found the service provided to be outstanding. Whenever I have had a dental emergency, I have been quickly accommodated with a prompt appointment. The reception staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Riaz has always prioritised my dental needs and he has done excellent work on my troublesome teeth. I could not ask for better.

Terrible Customer Experience. I had specifically made a booking with Dr Riaz Wadvalla. Instead, I got another doctor entirely (with the same surname - seemed to be a mixup of sorts). I let them know that I wanted Dr. Riaz Wadvalla, and the disrespect received because I spoke up was uncomfortable. I felt so displaced in a setting that's already stressful for most.

Treat your clients with some dignity. I sadly won't be coming back.

The receptionist was lovely, though.

I was left to wait long enough that I had to leave without being seen by the doctor.
The receptionist used the expressions "Just now" and "In 5 or 10 minutes" to keep me hanging on.
The doctor did come out to apologise 25 minutes after the appointment time, but implied that the appointment time doesn't mean much, given the nature of his job.
I appreciate that not everything can be anticipated, but when a patient arrives 10 minutes early for an appointment and there's someone in the waiting room, there's already a problem.
It's as if there's an inside joke about time in the doctor's rooms. (It must be a joke, because a phone call or Whatsapp is all it takes to avoid it.) When a patient arrives at 13h20 and says "I'm here for my 13h30 appointment" the staff will chuckle to themselves because time means nothing in this place.but the patient doesn't know that. So the receptionist will tell the patient to take a seat and over the next 30-40 minutes, the patient will endure a growing doubt of what they think they understand about time and appointments. And unless the patient says anything, none of the staff will say anything.

I've been to him before and he's a good dentist, but I can't accept that a business can be so careless with a customer's time.

Dr Wadvalla is my life saver. I went to his surgery in pain and tears.
When I left I was happy. I have found a dentist for my family.

Can highly recommend Dr Riaz Wadvalla, my tooth literally fell out whilst eating dried mango, this was in the evening, the next day, Dr Wadvalla created a new tooth and used a titanium pin and was done with such ease and pain free, it was like such an easy experience especially for someone that has never enjoyed dentist or dentist visits. Dr Riaz Wadvalla is really phenomenal, no matter what your dental need is.

Dr Wadvalla is an amazing dentist! He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Every visit to him is a pleasant experience. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Great experience yesterday after Dr Riaz cleaned my temporary bridge. It looked just like my own teeth. I can't imagine when I have my permanent bridge. I will be smiling all the way. Thank you Dr Riaz.

Dr Wadvalla has the best patient etiquette. He is very patient and shows compassion even my kids love going to him. He has excellent workmanship.

Dr Wadvalla and colleagues are the ultimate dream team. I’ve been a loyal patient of Dr Wadvalla’s for many years, many years and will continue to do so forever. His kindness, care and bedside manner in moments of need are incomparable. (Even when I’m not in the same city as him!)

The Dentists is good. Her receptionist is rude though. Dilutes the experience.

Another note. If you make an appointment, you will still need to wait about 30 minutes to see the Dentists. I went three times and I had to wait each time. They don't really value there clients time

Best experience ever at a Dentist.highly recommended using this Dentist. He will be my Familys dentist from now on.

I took my 4 year old for her fist dental visit and Dr Riaz was absolutely amazing with her. I then took her for her fillings on Saterday and once again he was so gentle with her and gave her a heads up before doing anything. My daughter didnt even cry, Thank you

I visited Riaz for a cleaning and scaling, so did my fiance at to different times, although Riaz is good with the cleaning he is just so bad with his fillings. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING YOUR FILLINGS WITH RIAZ AT ALL. Our fillings still hurt to this day, a second review of the fillings found them to be very shallow, uneven and not completely sealed.

Very nice experience, did a clean up and ordered a bite plate. Friendly staff and friendly dentist, he also took his time to explain my options. Also sticks to time. I went during my lunch break and was done way before my lunch break was over. Would definitely recommend.
