50 A serious health risk eating there.
Went there for a supper. We counted at least 25+ rats and mouse running in and out of the kitchen area. Displays are scattered with rat droppings and urine. When we mentioned it to the waiters they said they know about it.
I personally won't set foot there again.
Alberton health department needs a serious visit there.
Amazing food and service as well.
Only issue was the off mustard that was served with the eisbein. No management came to the table to explain. I was not there for a freebie meal I just expected the manager handling the situation better.
What a terrible experience, terribly understaffed in the bar section, we waited more than 70 minutes for our food with no updates. The order was incorrect but management was adiment that the order was correct - wait staff and management needs more training! The whole issue would have been avoided apart from the extremely long wait for the food! If they only advised that there would be a name change and price change to our order, I mean if they ask you if you want a normal pizza you would assume it's normal under the same name and prize? All that aside management could have handled it better. It's the principle, but all that said, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon!
I'll support my other local customer focused restaurants going forward.
I was placing an order on a popular delivery app and when checking out the order was canceled with a reason "We cannot complete your order due to load shedding" I will now also assume this will be the case when visiting the establishment. Needless to say I won't ever order from them or go there ever again. Every one is affected by load shedding but as a restaurant you need to invest in' at least gas cookers. No other restaurant has ever declined to serve or make food due to load shedding, no matter how small they are.
There was a roach on our table. We were a family of 5 and we all had food poisoning. I called and told the manager of our experience and his response was there is a bug it's not their food. I will never ever visit this establishment.
The restaurant catered for the entire family. The food is amazing

The service was very poor.we had to call over 3 waiters before we even got menus.and the waiting time for anything is around 30min, and not even all the tables were filled
We are here for a fundraising dinner. The orders were taken 2 weeks ago. We (a group of 7 children and 4 adults) still don’t have food from 6pm till now at 8: 40pm. We have spoken and asked. The manager and owner were not compassionate nor reassuring. They told me to stop raising my voice at them. They say the food went out and so it is not their problem. If we want food we must pay again!

Shocking service from the Dros during a charity event on Saturday night. Manager was rude, aggressive and totally obtuse. Didn’t care that certain children had not eaten late into the night. I would recommend you avoid this venue entirely.
Service was terrible. A couple of the waiters had a “don’t care attitude”. Didn’t want to take orders. Waited for food for over two hours. Mixed up the orders. Unfortunately I will not be going there again.

Chicken pasta was not as i expected from other Branches but overall everything else was on point.
Service was pathetic. We had to call our waiter the whole time. The food took over an hour to come and we had minimal to drink because of the service that was so bad.

Good food and waitron service, kitchen service however rather slow. My rice tasted off and I did not like it. Rest of meal was good though.

Service wasnt great, food was average, even the environment was just bleh. Was quite disappointed with our evening out, we even cut it short.
The service is good but I cannot express enough- PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE UNISEX TOILETS OUTSIDE. I have never felt so uncomfortable having to clean someone else's mess around the toilet 2/2 times I went tonight. Nevermind moaning about the toilet cleaning services but really hygienic issues here this is absolutely disgusting and leaves such a horrible taste in my mouth. I have to say I won't be coming back anytime soon.
