Dros Restaurant Kempton Park

Food was excellent. Service a bit slow, but we still had a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed the play area.

Their customer service is awesome and very welcoming. It is very spacious if you have a big family or a lot of friends. Has a great atmosphere and good food.

Worst service ever, waiter and supervisor, serious training is needed, they don't clean table, never check up on us,
Flies were everywhere because our plates weren't taken after we ate, staff never smiles yohh worst service ever,
Ribs were dry and our drinks were hot had to ask for ice bucket,

This is the largest Dros I have ever visited. I really enjoyed the bar area. Sitting at the bar after work having a beer and a meal was great. The bartender was really on point and the beer was cold.
Food was served at the bar. Well done.
There is also a much bigger seating area for families with kids. Menu is extensive. It caters for all.
The service was great and the staff is really friendly.

My favorite restaurant. I go there almost everyday. Was rather dissapointed on the 20/September/2023

We where eating and drinking likewise.when all of a sudden the manager (lady) decided to do stock taking/checking with Mike the bar tender during the people, we then had to wait for them to finish to get a drink (I do not think thats a good gesture) Mike apologized, however I feel like the manager should know better, they should serve us 1st then continue with whatever they where busy with

Awesome atmosphere and decor! Outstanding service and the BEST pizza in town! Highly recommend!

Overall not a bad experience. The food and service was pretty good but they could not get the heater near our table to work.

Food was great. Restaurant was not too crowded. Kids area is great with enough activities for kids. Very good and efficient service.

Food was great! Jou ma se kos verseker. The service and staff was very frienfly and very good. Please go and support them and reach out to keep the doors open. We will need them in the future, so please help keep them alive. We will get through these difficult times and storms together in unity!

The service is terrible we ordered a pizza called the Mr pig got something completely different. The pizza took an 1 hour to arrive at our table. Four waiters refused to serve or seat us when we arrived at the restaurant. The manager is useless. She says they are short staffed but they were not. Its not the first time I will never eat there again. Useless customer service

Not happy at all coldrinks were ok but.service, food.we eventually left without getting our Chicken schnitzel takeaway.

Place is nice and spacious and waiter service very good.
Food was not good on the day that we went (I say that because we have had good food there before) and prices seemed to increase from one week to the next.

Service in general bad. Some if us already finished our food while 1 person waited and waited. Another restaurant wil nit see ne again.

We arrived. Had to ask for a waiter. Sat for 15mins without any perosn asking if we have been helped. No waiters at the front desk, nor a manager in sight

It is a nice place for both adults and children. They have a beautiful play area in and outdoors. However the food was not impressive, a bit disappointing
The mussels were not tasty, however not a bad place at all.

I had a very bad experience, food tasted very bad, waitress demanded 10% gratuity ridiculous place to be.

Second time this week that all our orders came wrong. Had to be sent back to fix. Tonight 30 December did not even see any managers, even when asked for one.

Food was very tasty. It was a steak special for 60 rand. I wanted a brandy special but unfortunately they ran out of coke. The waiter Ntlantla made a plan. Well done and thanks.

Great restaurant and exceptional kids play area my daughter loved it and did not want to leave. Great service and child minders really interact with the kids which is always nice.
