Edgars Northgate

I went to the store during my lunch break to return an online purchase processed with payjustnow, but the store assistants claimed they couldn't process refunds using PJN. It was frustrating since I had taken time off work for this. They didn't attempt to find a solution and simply advised me to log the return online. After reaching out to customer care, the online team instructed me to go to the nearest store to initiate the refund. This experience is unacceptable, considering the time and resources spent to return the items the first time,only to find out that I need to go again.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Edgars in Northgate today. The sales staff are kind and friendly and know what they are doing. I was also impressed with the range of clothing, the layout and the lower prices. Things are organised well in the store and it was overall a pleasure to shop there. Thank you, Edgars in Northgate.

This is the only Edgar's where the staff have been super friendly and helpful especially closer to closing time. It's like they actually want to help you. It's refreshing because they do it with a smile. Especially the shoe department ladies.

A really well run Edgars. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager is also very gracious and eager to assist. What I love about Edgars is they stock quality brands like Sissy Boy jeans and Guess and that these are often on sale. Even the cheaper brands and the brands on special are good value for money and good quality.

The store is need of a revamp. Not the standard of an Edgars store I visit at malls Like Sandton City, Fourways Mall, etc.

Terrible customer service. At the counter waited for the cashier to write on a piece of paper then go find another item with a price only to come back after typing something into the registrar to ask me if that was the last size I was taking.

Very friendly staff. Also an added bonus was that we forgot one of our packets from another store in the fitting rooms on Sunday the 2nd of May 2021. We only noticed this after we finished all of our shopping and got home. This was after they had already closed for the day. I went to the store on Monday the 3rd of May 2021 not expecting to find my lost packet again. To my surprise they kept my packet for me! Thank goodness Vusi found it. Thank you so much and for keeping our packet safe! Have a great day.

Large shop but very sparse. With the stock on hand they could make do with a shop half the size. Where items are available there is limited stock on shelves. The staff however are very helpful and willing to assist where they can.

Its not a big Edgars so its selection is understandably limited. Best thing is its convenient not far from where I stay. And the staff are friendly and helpful.

26/08/2018 the store was crazy with all the specials that were going on. Picked up a few bras and on I went to find someone who can do a fitting. " I dont know how to do", " I cant leave my section", "she's on lunch" are some of the responses I got. Almost gave up until Itumeleng was called from her lunch break. This lady went above and beyond to get me the perfect sports bras at the best bargain. Thanks Itumeleng, you efforts mean so much to me.
Ps. The 5 stars are for her, I still think the store is crappy
