We have been to several mattress stores over the last couple of weeks and I can honestly say that Ericssons prices' are far better than the rest and the service is wonderful. We are VERY happy customers.

This store has been a horrible experience, we went to view a bunk bed, the lady that assisted said the bed is 2300 including the mattresses, when I called to book the bed to buy it they said its 2300 without the mattresses, I told the lady that is not what I advised and she said with an attitude it's noted on the bed, eventually my dad had to get involved and they said they will give us the bed for 2600, when we got there they had swapped out the mattresses with cheaper ones and when I told them these were not the mattresses that was there to view the bed, Joline then said with an attitude well these are the mattresses we giving you because we covering the other cost of the mattress Joline was the worst gave the worst customer service. Eventually we called head office and they said they should give us the other mattresses for the 2600. When the bed arrived it was raw wood which we had to stain as the wood would dry out if you don't, assembling the bed, one of their screws didn't fit and it snapped the one wood piece on the side, they use cheap wood and their service is so terrible, i would never go to them they post my future business and there was no sign indicating its just the bed with no mattress Ericssons Mattress and Pine CC

Matters was resolved but now with assembling your one screws didn't fit so it broke a piece of the wood this is extremely proof service and your quality is terrible, so I will definitely be making this public knowledge on all social media platforms because there was no sign indicating without mattress

Look at this terrible quality, they can call my dad all they want to and try sweat talk him with "we will bring new planks, take the bed apart, let's get something straight, I paid for this bed and I am not in the slightest happy.

Shopped there recently. Pricing not always consistent with pricing given and then a different price (25% higher) when wanting to purchase an item. Got close to the original price when I went back for the 3rd time to eventually make my purchase. Generally reasonably priced though.

Friendly staff right from the get go, extensive range, and extremely competitive prices, the products also appear to be much higher quality than mass-produced items sold at chain-retailers.

We have been buying our matrasses from Ericssons for the last 25 years. Always good quality at a very reasonable price! Staff is knowledgeable about their products, and friendly. They do deliver as well.

Conflicting information between sales and management, management and website. Undeserving to the customer. I have spent substantial amounts of money at this firm. Will reconsider doing it again.

Very well priced with good friendly service. Unfortunately the checkout process is very painful. First the sales person has to write a quotation on paper then pass it to another person who does the invoices. All and all it takes about half an hour to pay.

Friendly staff. Great service. Special on at the moment for discount in total purchase with pop the balloon. From beds to shelves. Good quality products.

I used to work part time in this store while i was schooling and now i am their dedicated customer. Ericssons has never compromised on quality.
