We bought a queen size mattress from EricsSons Mattresses and we were greatly assisted by Ruan.
Great service with a wide variety of products. Ruan’s depth of product knowledge and patience also made the experience pleasant.
Received extremely poor service from Ruan. Bedside tables ordered 3 weeks waiting. Could pick it up on Friday then again on Monday. Monday was the excuse when wrong things were delivered. On Tuesday we are called it is now available. Then the order was wrong again. Now we are waiting for a refund, which is handed over slowly. Wanted to order a dining room set too, will just use someone else.
We just want to compliment Ruan of pretoria west branch with the excelent service and explanations on the matresses that we looked at.

The checking service is super bad. The items is damaged when they reach you and the items is also not corresponding. If you use them, check your items before the delivery guys leave your premises.

Quick and easy is the best way to describe the place. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I got 2x bunkbeds and the placed it into my so it wouldn't move around. In shop for 20 minutes, paid loaded and gone.
