On the word go amd in this fast paced time we live in one would expect a big company will be able to provide fast and sufficient response time on a website. I found searching quickly for items on your website has been a tedious process. The pages and items take to long to load and the keyword searches nees to be very specific before items are picked up. Extremely frustrating. Hope this gets referred as i will have to shop with someone else as it takes too long to get items one is looking for.

We ordered a table and four chairs with specific requirements. All requirements were met. The friendly service we received was excellent! Accolades to Stella, the table and chairs are beautiful and beyond expectation. Thank you once again!

Estelle was very friendly and most helpful. She was patient and showed us all the different beds, we tried more than a few but settled on the first one she showed us! We ended up buying more than just a bed but who can blame us. Very satisfied customers! Can't wait to sleep on our new Cloud nine bed.

We bought a bunkbed for our children in 2018. Due to wear and tear, the bottom bed broke in 2021. We went back to the store to get it repaired properly and were willing to pay for the repair. The store fixed our bed for free. Very impressed with their service, thank you very much!

At first I was very much sceptical about placing an other with ericssons online, but I risked and placed it, and they are a very good shop, they explain and answer everything and everytime I call, even if u called none stop.what i liked the most is what u agreed on they keep it like that and the deliveries are made the way u discussed them.so yes they are trustworthy and they earned this starts. Thanks to the Boksburg store.

Currently not happy with the service regarding delivery of goods.the website says they deliver, but only after ordering online and paying did i find out that they do not deliver where i stay saying its not safe. Now i have to spend more than i had bargained for just to collect.
