Very nice selection, guard very enthusiastic at the entrance. Process to collect a bit slow. Furthermore a great experience.

Annetjie welcomed us with the most beautiful happy face I saw in a long time. THANKS Annetjie the coffee you served us was made with love. You made us feel like we where the most important people that came to Fanel. As then we went to the Factory Shop. The 2 lady's there was just as great. A thump up to Febel.

Shockingly slow service on all levels. Customer service needs some serious attention. Spent 2 hours waiting for an order that was sent in the day before.

Really nice selection and I was very pleasantly surprised about pricing of items. And the little Paris tea garden is a gem!
